Perfect location for the Sandstorm Lacrosse Tournament! The home was exactly as described - beautiful, clean, and spacious - the pool and backyard area was relaxing and very well maintained. The house is about a 5 minute drive to the grounds of the Sandstorm Lacrosse tournament and the convenience could not be beat. Quiet, safe, and welcoming! We hope to return next year!

Really nice Palm Desert home with pool

We loved staying here for 3 nights. The house was very clean and well stocked with anything a family would need. Kitchen utensils, cooking equipment, dishes were plentiful. The pool was clean and we had plenty of tools, floats, etc. grilling equipment worked great as well. Host was super easy to reach and check-in process was a breeze.

Wonderful Property

Perfect property, great location close to shopping, Indian Wells tennis and Joshua Tree National Park. The house was better than in the photos - clean, filled with amenities, very comfortable beds. A great, safe home away from home. Beautiful pool and view from the pool area. Peggy was most responsive, a wonderful host. We definitely plan to return!

Lovely family spring break

We had a really lovely week at Peggy’s rental. It was large enough and cozy enough for our small family but would great for two families too. Everything was even better than the pictures — really cute decor and any kitchen necessities you can think of. We really appreciated the abundance of towels because we spent a lot of time in the pool. The pool was fantastic and the four included hours (rare for rentals for pools!) of heating was more than enough during our late March visit. The rest of the property is safe, secure and close to lots of restaurants. Any sightseeing and hiking are within a convenient 20-30 minutes. Peggy was such a kind and accommodating host and we hope to visit again.

Lovely

Absolutely lovely, the house is very nice, and the Friends room was super cute. The amazing part though is the pool and whole outdoor experience- we thoroughly enjoyed every second that our schedule and Mother Nature allowed us to use it. Really appreciated the included 4 hours daily of heat for the pool- made pool totally useable when it was only 70ish degrees in March. Peggy was very responsive and helpful too. Great trip!

A perfect getaway!

Three of us stayed for 5 nights and had a blast. Close to Joshua Tree National Park, shopping, restaurants, and golfing, we enjoyed daily adventures and came back to this beautiful home base for rest and relaxation by the pool. Peggy was always accessible and accommodating. House was exactly as described. Would definitely come back again.

Great property with lots of Amenities!

We really enjoyed our stay here while visiting family in the area. The home/property has many great amenities to enjoy during your stay! Entrance to the property is the only downside. It is in a gated community, which is great, but only one entry for guests and can take a long time to get into the property during busy hours. We were there during a slow time and it was a pain. A remote for the other property entrances would be a great addition to this rental!

Gem in paradise!

This was by far, the best house we’ve ever rented anywhere! Its layout and space is GREAT. Super easy to get to and from just about anywhere and the decor was fantastic. The communication with the property owner was seamless and very easy; she was always available with any questions or updates. We’ve already asked to stay here again in the future!

Great vacation and swimming

This was a great vacation house! My wife and daughter absolutely love to swim and I couldn’t get them out of the pool. We even had a BBQ one of my 3 days and had everything we needed. The rooms are decorated in a fun style, the kids loved it as much as we did. We’d gladly stay here again.

Family Connection

Property was exactly what we needed. Close to a lot of outdoor activities hiking, 25 minutes to south entrance of Joshua Tree, across the street from Coachella. With 2 active teens, access to pickle ball/tennis/gym was a good bonus. The heated pool was the highlight after a long day. We could all be outside cooking, talking and occasionally working on our putting. Our host was very engaged, checking in to make sure everything was to our liking. We would definitely come back!

Awesome Stay!

Gorgeous property in a great resort. The pictures, descriptions are completely accurate for this rental. My husband and I rented the home for our kids spring break, ages 5 & 8. The house was so accommodating with plenty of entertainment to keep our two energetic little ones pleased. There was access to new release movies, great WiFi (we actually worked while there), and TV's in every room. Not to mention the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook for our little picky ones. Peggy was so kind and went above and beyond leaving the pool heated for us upon arrival and comforting us with such a lovely welcome basket. The rooms were all so comfortable with plenty of space, blankets, pillows etc... The bathrooms were completely stocked with plenty of towels, soap ( liquid which I really appreciate over the bar), lotion, bath sponges and even bathrobes. Outside the pool was clean and super fun to dip into. We loved that it had a lovely green belt with a pond, which had fish and ducks. The resort itself was very large with additional pools (which we didn't use, as we had our own awesome one), fitness facilities, tennis etc... We brought our kids bikes so they could bike around as we walked the common grounds. Area is completely secured and felt very safe. Our usual spot is the Westin Desert Willows so we didn't know how this would go, given our two little ones and inexperience with the area, and we absolutely loved it. Peggy is the bets host ever and so attentive. I am not surprised she has such great reviews. If you are lucky enough to get this gem of a property I would book it straight away. It has something for everyone! I know we will be back!

Great House & Host

We stayed Monday - Friday for our annual girls golf trip and found this amazing gem of a home. From the time we booked the house, until we left, Peggy was the best hostess ever. The home was very clean and had every amenity that we needed. There were so many extra touches that rivaled the best hotels. We were very happy that there was a Keurig as well as a lot of pods to choose from! There is also a coffee pot if you choose that option as wells as available tea's. The house has a very cute retro style as well as cute drinkware to enjoy by the pool and firepit. Speaking of the pool, Peggy made sure that it was always warm and ready to go for us. The greenbelt and pond behind the house provided a nice view. The location of the home was in a quiet, gated neighborhood that was close to two of the courses we played as well as grocery, restaurants and stores. There was also a list of local recommendations. If you choose to watch TV, there are so many options for movies at no extra cost and we enjoyed a few new release movies. There was also a cute basket in the pantry with some snacks with a cute chalkboard personalized note for us. We loved this house and will return for sure!

Great property

The property is exactly as depicted. While there were only 3 of us, there is so much room and nice beds for many others. The kitchen is well appointed, lots of towels for the pool, clean and quiet neighborhood. Owner was available for any silly questions we had. We would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Spot

From the time I booked this property, through the entire stay, this was by far the easiest, seamless, and most enjoyable VRBO I have ever been to. The property is a cute, updated property-( is well represented in photos). It had all of the amenities needed, was very clean, and was well stocked. The neighborhood is ideal, and very centrally located whether your goal is horseshowing, music festival, or simply being a snowbird. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate with. This property doesn’t disappoint!

Comfortable, clean house

The house met all our primary needs. It was clean and comfortable, and had the basic necessities for our stay. The only things that would have been nice to have are tissues in the bathrooms and ziplock bags for leftovers. Communication with the host was incredibly easy; fast and helpful responses to all my questions. Great neighborhood for morning runs and evening walks. We had a great vacation!
