We comfortablely fit 10 but can accommodate up to 12. We've updated our backyard! We've added a new putting green, firepit and lounging area. Come check it out!



Let our place be your oasis retreat in Coachella Valley. Enjoy a glass of wine in the courtyard or soak in the pool or spa with Shadow Mountain views to unwind the day away. We are located in the safe and beautiful gated lake community. Terra Lago is just a short drive away from casinos and festival venues.



The Space:

Please enjoy our single-story home of 2472 sq feet located in the Terra Lago community. Walk into the courtyard to escape the desert heat. The courtyard’s double doors open to the Pool Table room, from there go left to the ensuite master Cal king and Full size beds, go right to our game room filled with classic arcade to Xbox games or straight to our fully stocked kitchen and living room. The other courtyard door will lead you to our other relaxing bedrooms. From the fully stocked kitchen, you’ll step into the backyard to enjoy while soaking in our salt water pool. Ready to explore, Empire Polo Club, Indian Wells Tennis and Palm Springs downtown are just a short drive away.

- Kitchen basics provided include cooking oil, salt, pepper, initial coffee pods, sugars and creamers

- Washer and Dryer machines with soap pods and wool dryer balls are provided

- Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, lotion and bodywash

- Bath towels, makeup towels, pool towels and bed linens are provided

- Initial house supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods and toilet paper provided

- Swimming pool is 23 x 9 feet and spa is 6 x 6 feet



We make every attempt to keep all amenities available to our guests, however they may be rare circumstances where particular amenities may not be available. You will be notified if that were the case.

Guest Access:

The entire home is yours to enjoy.



Guests will not have access to the mailbox, please do not have items shipped/mailed to the house.

Pool service is on Monday and Thursday

House Rules



GUESTS: No more than 12 guest (guest count include children) are allowed for ample space, safety and noise compliance in our home. We require the first and last name of everyone over 18 so we may register them at the gate house prior to your arrival. If they do not match your ID the gate attendant will turn folks away. NO extra guests are allowed. NO parties are permitted. This is to ensure safety for the community and you during your stay.



NOISE: Please respect our neighbors and community by observing quiet times: Sunday thru Thursday at 9 pm and Friday & Saturday at 10 pm. There are noise monitoring devices installed on the property and it will notify you immediately if the levels are too loud. There is patrolled security in the community and you could receive a fine starting at $500, which you will be responsible for and/or be asked to leave without a refund.



PLEASE NO SPEEDING: When entering the vicinity, you must obey the speed limit at all times. This is very important! You could receive a fine starting at $250-$5000 that will be deducted from the damage deposit.



NO STREET PARKING: Please park in the garage or driveway. There may be a $750 fine assessed for each car per day violating this rule which will be deducted from your damage deposit and/or you could be requested to leave without refund



NO LAKE SWIMMING: The Terra Lago Lake is a NON-CONTACT body of water. NO ONE is allowed to be in the water at any time. There may be a fine of $750 per incident that will be deducted from the damage deposit and/or you could be requested to leave without a refund.



*The full deposit will be forfeited and you will be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned if any of the above house rules are violated. Any and all citations will be your responsibility and will be deducted from deposit.



We follow the best-in-class Renters Responsibility standard to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience.



Security Cameras: The property has exterior security cameras at the entry, driveway, sides of house and behind pool equipment. Video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund.



InsuraGuest Hospitality Liability Coverage: coverage that protects you during your stay if an accident happens. By accepting this reservation, you are accepting this mandatory fee for your protection.



Liability Waiver: You understand that swimming is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person swimming if a person has health risks, or if a person swims while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and for the consequences of those in your party. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming. All Airbnb Guests in my party acknowledge and agree that they have read and understand this waiver and they acknowledge that confirming below constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between Airbnb Guests and Airbnb Host.



In compliance with the City of Indio ORDINANCE NO. 1665 section 37.011 OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND PERFORMANCE STANDARDS ESTABLISHED; It is required that the primary overnight and daytime occupant of the short-term vacation rental to be an adult 21 years of age or older.
