« View is amazing, however if you cannot get a good night sleep due to the state of the bed it doesn't matter how nice the view is. Bed base had clearly been broken for a while and been repaired poorly in the past so had 2 shocking nights of the 3 that we stayed. Bed was patched up before night 3 and sincerely hope the owner has since replaced the base. Extra bed consists of a blowup mattress that 'looses' air during the night so have to pump up multiple times during the night. Only received one...

« When I checked into this hotel and entered my room, I found that the large glass panel of the balcony door was completely shattered into small pieces. I do not know the cause. Of course, I immediately called the hotel management to report the issue. « Check in process not easy. Extremely difficult to get information from staff. Information from staff was incorrect particularly involving early departure process which left our family in an unsafe situation. Had to pay for parking but because of the process was unable to use correctly and wasn't offered a refund. »
