„Brand-new house, great location. It’s a bit noisy next to a big street but traffic gets quite after 10pm. ‘“

„東京で朝食ビュッフェがついて1万円切るのは破格だと思いました。 また東京競馬場に寄ることがあったらお世話になりたいと思いました“

„Spiders dirty felt like a jail. Run“

„We stayed for 4 nights at Rio Grande, the location was excellent for both accessing the metro and for walking into Shinjuku (45 minutes). On arrival we had a long delay at the airport and were much later arriving than expected (after 12 at night), the staff were supportive and we were able to access the property easily. I would highly recommend this apartment for its location, for the facilities available and for easy contact with the staff. Thank you“

„Personal wenig hilfsbereit, sonst alles super“

„Great experience, excellent service and dining.“

„The front desk team is super helpful and friendly, and they speak great English. The rooms are very clean and a bit more spacious than what you’d expect in a typical Japanese hotel—they even have a microwave, a mini kitchen, and a separate bathroom and toilet. You’re close to lots of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores, and Okubo Station is just a few minutes away. We’d definitely stay here again!“

„Alles perfekt!“

„Grosszügige Räume für japanische Verhältnisse. Wir fühlten uns als Familie mit zwei fast erwachsenen Kindern 14 und 18jährig sehr gut aufgehoben. Separates Bad und WC und Küchenbereich war auch sehr angenehm.“
