"Nous avons bien apprécié la proximité des magasins et des monuments et centres à visiter. L’hôtel vaut bien ses 5 étoiles, le personnel très serviable, souriant et professionnel: réception, restauration ´Louis’, la femme de ménage adorable et serviable et patiente, Ketty au check out 👍, j’espère ne rien oublier ! Nous avons passé un séjour mémorable, tout a été facilité, moi qui voyage beaucoup j’ai été agréablement surpris, bravo à toute l’équipe et continuez comme ça, on sera de retour avec mon fils mais avant on va apprendre le Chinois car on aime cette population 👍🙏"

"Good location and nice size rooms. Prices given on Hotels.com seem to vary at hotel and hard to work out. Breakfast is ok. Coffee not good but food good . Shortage of fruit and when they have some is taken quickly by over zealous guests. Would stay again"

"Excellent emplacement, en plein milieu de la rue Nanjing Road et à quelques pas du métro reliant les principaux points d’intérêt. L’accueil a été chaleureux dès notre arrivée et l’ensemble du personnel au top. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est tellement bien et varié qu’il y a parfois la queue mais l’attente n’est pas longue. Un établissement que je recommande vivement."
