„Good value for money, staff were great, food was plentiful and fresh, rooms could do with a spruce up but comfortable bed and had own bathroom/toilet. Crew were really helpful and they made the trip fun for all passengers. Squid fishing was fun and making Vietnamese spring rolls. Disappointing to see so much trash in the sea, although this is out of control of this particular cruise boat.“

„This cruise was fantastic from start to finish and would highly recommend. The staff were very friendly, positive and helpful, especially as we had our toddler with us. There was a good range of food and they accommodated our little one eating earlier and having kid friendly meals instead of our delicious four course menu each night! They did a happy hour of drinks each night during sunset. It was clean and they provided a cot free of charge. We did 3D2N which meant we really relaxed into it. ...

„Erina Cruise ist ein hervorragendes Schiff. Die Ausstattung der Kabine und auch der Whirlpool an Deck. Die Bar war ebenfalls einfach nur schön. Ein absolutes Highlight war jedoch das Essen! Die Ausflüge waren ebenfalls ok. Leider ist das Ganze sehr überlaufen, aber dafür ist die Halong Bay ja inzwischen bekannt.“

Also to mention: Scarlet Pearl comes with 2 catamarans for exploring Halong (other ships do no have that!!) and a tender boat for the way from Cruise Terminal to the Scarlet Pearl. „El servicio es en general muy bueno, empezando por el tema incluído desde el hotel de Hanoi. El barco y las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias. La comida fue variada y de buena calidad. El programa de actividades es un poco básico y no incluyo un paseo en kajak que hicieron otros barcos. La visita a la gruta es inolvidable, pero las clases de cocina y Tai chi, son muy simples y cortas. En general lo recomiendo por su calidad. „El crucero muy completo. Los dos almuerzos y el desayuno son buffet, la cena es menú fijo. Todas la comidas están incluidas, no las bebidas. Las actividades son buenas, sobretodo el kayak. El guía/encargado muy amable y divertido. Los traslados desde Hanoi no están incluidos pero se pueden coordinar con ellos. “
