Owner agreed to fully refund if VRBO would refund her their portion but did not follow through and ignored subsequent messages from me and VRBO. VRBO confirmed they would refund their portion. We lost 294.40 for travel Sept 29-Oct 1 which was equal to one night stay. She refunded initially one night immediately but never followed through on her word. »

« The location was good, the house was very clean and well maintained. It was my first VRBO experience and found it unusual to have so many of the host’s personal belongings still in the house. Family pictures, clothes in the closets and half used food in the fridge with no instructions as to whether or not any or all were included or excluded in the stay.
