« Rien a dire, c’était très bien, très propre A recommander »

« Very good place to be »

« Ideal for brief stopover. Good clear access instructions received »

« A slightly dated and tired hotel. Rooms were spacious and bar staff helpful. »

« Un bon hôtel. »

« night staff were so polite and helfull, so clean and very quiet »

« Personnel très accueillant, très propre et confortable. Un peu loin de tout par contre. »

« I booked for two nights but left after the first night: I had not read the comments (alas), but you should know that the pub located on the ground floor of the hotel plays music until 23h!!! ... I add that the floor of the room was not very clean ... in short, a first bad experience with an expédia reservation ... nevertheless, I nuance because the very low price should have encouraged me to better reverse before booking. However, the staff is friendly... »

« Clean Room »

« Room was damp and smelt horrible, particularly the bathroom. Was also very noisey from the floor above »

« hôtel très propre ,service correcte, équipements suffisant ,la situation de l'hôtel est moyenne, mais cartier calme sauf le weekend. Très bon rapport qualité prix. »

« Lets start from the entrance, the door broken. The person at the reception was ok, i must admit. The room? A disaster!! Old floor carpet not clean. The shower old and with signs of wear. The toilet was shaking. The door of the shower room broken. The ceiling had cracks and i woke up in the night as water was dripping from them.. It was a nightmare. Early morning i went to the reception, the person there (a different one) all he could say was that he was sorry.. We left... NEVER NEVER...

« Friendly staff, good location, close to cafes and restaurents »

« We had a fantastic stay at Dakota Newcastle. The rooms were beautiful, stylish and extremely comfortable, and the staff were so attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Both dinner and breakfast were amazing with excellent food and great service. Everything felt really high quality and well thought out. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Dakota Newcastle. We’ll absolutely be back! »

« Best hotel in Newcastle, no contest. Would stay again! »

« First and foremost the property was clean, functional and offered value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful, although our experience of room service was let down by dirty cups being left. We found the hotel lacked character, everything about it was functional and not interesting. This extended to the breakfast, our experience of which was behind not eating supper there. This is not a criticism of the hotel, it is my view. Based on reviews I expected a little more than we got....

« The lady who checked in was so lovely, even took us to our room. Every member of staff asks if you need help finding anything and direct you to were you need to be. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast included in the room stay was 10/10. »
