Die Unterkunft ist super, als Tourist ist man super zentral in der Stadt etwa 2-3 min Fußweg und direkt bei der Burg sowie der Kathedrale. Ein Supermarkt ist auch 2 min zu Fuß entfernt und etliche Restaurants. Es ist sehr sauber und der Spa Bereich ist klasse und das Personal sehr freundlich und interessiert. Leider war das Frühstück für 17£ recht mager und ausschließlich britisch. Zudem waren die ersten zwei Nächte gewisse Gäste in der Nacht sehr laut auf dem Flur und meinten gegen 1 Uhr nachts so laut zu lachen und Türen zu knallen. Dennoch alles in einem 4/5 Sterne ganz klar!

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein. Kein Kasten zum aufhängen der Sachen... Waren 3 Nächte dort. Mit dem Koffer im Zimmer, konnten wir uns nicht mal bewegen. Hatten Gott sei Dank nur einen Koffer mit. Das Frühstück war ok.

Preis-Leistung passt nicht zusammen. Zimmer war gut mit Aussicht auf den Fluss, das Badezimmer winzig. Frühstück sehr einfallslos und warme Speisen fast kalt. Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Zum SPA Bereich müsste man über den Parkplatz gehen. Sehr hellhörig und stark in die Jahre gekommen

Perfect hotel near the river Ness
Due to the fact that we received an upgrade to a room with marvelous view over the river Ness, we were really spoiled. The dinner at the hotel restaurant was really good and after dinner there was a "scottish dancing show" in the hall of the hotel where four young girls (age: from 7 to 12 years old) danced the real scottish traditional dances.

Schönes Stadthotel. Es hat uns gut gefallen, leckeres, reichhaltiges Frühstück mit gutem Service. Spabereich waren wir nicht, deswegen kann ich dazu nichts sagen, die Schwimmhalle sah aber toll aus.

Gutes Hotel am Fluss mit Blick auf die Stadt
Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel. Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit Blick auf die Stadt. Es wurde renoviert und ist sauber. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr gut. Ebenso ist der kleine aber feine Spa- und Fitnessbereich sehr ansprechend. Einziger Minuspunkt ist, dass die Hotelbar gleichzeitig über Tag als Starbucks Café für die Hoelgäste dient.

We really enjoyed our time here! The staff were awesome and the overall experience in the hotel was memorable. The location was amazing and facilities were better than expected! Had a lovely stay at this hotel, I had booked a cosy room which I didn’t know was outside of the main hotel building next door, this meant a 20 second walk outside to and from breakfast/reception/pool which wasn’t the best in November. However everything else from my stay was ideal. Perfect location, good pool, lovely breakfast with views of the castle and river ness. Staff very helpful and friendly giving me a map and advice on what to do/see in the local area. Really recommend this property, will stay there again if I return to Inverness although I’d make sure to book a room in the main building.

The BW was a nice stay. The lobby area and restaurant are quite nice. The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel was on the River Ness which provided lovely views and walkability. If you are requiring lift assistance for any reason, this hotel has the smallest elevator I've ever seen. Maybe enough room for 1 person and a suitcase. I wouldn't try to fit more than that.

It’s a very nice hotel although it is in renovation, but again is still a good choice in regards with location.

Inverness what a treat
Great hotel in the heart of the City, overlooking the river. Easy for pubs and amazing restaurants. Will return.
