Good Morning, Unfortunately as we were fully booked and had an issue with one of our boilers (There was no hot water or heating) we had no choice but to outlook some guests to different hotels, this was explained when you were contacted prior to your check in at the hotel. We are sorry you feel we kicked you out, however this was not the case, it was to ensure you had a pleasant and comfortable stay while in Inverness. Kind Regards Reservations

Good Afternoon,Thank you for the feedback! Unfortunately most of our beds are two singles beds zipped together due to us needing them twinned during peak seasons. It is standard in most hotels.I will pass this on to maintenance to have a look at those issues and get those resolved.
