  • When you get in to this apt/loft you will be amazed by the comfort and cozy set up.
    This unit is located downtown Ipswich on the third floor with a beautiful view where you can enjoy sunsets and have a place to hang out.
    NOT RECOMMENDED for elderly people because of the stairs. there are three sets of stairs, also if you are traveling with young children or toddlers need to be aware of the height and the whereabouts.

Great attic apartment above a quaint New England multifamily home with a beautiful yard, trees, and a very cool old-timey external spiral staircase within blocks of restaurants, shops, historic sites, and the river.Excellent for family or even two couples!

Great experience! Even got upgraded to another suite since there was an issue in the one I booked. Great place to stay! I’d recommend to a friend and/or come back if needed.

This was such a great stay!! Wonderful space, especially for anyone looking to visit Salem, as it was only about a 30 minute drive. The host was extremely responsive as well. Couldn’t recommend this place more, we had a great trip!!

The owner was very nice, The unit was clean. The only issue we had was getting our luggage up to the 3rd floor. Very small steep steps and circular, We are all in our 70's so unless you are in good shape, it may be difficult to get up and down the stairs, One of the ladies was having trouble with her Achilles tendon and struggled,

Loved our stay in Ipswich

We had a great time in Ipswich, and it was a perfect place as we explored the surrounding area. From Boston, to Rockport, to York ME - they are all just a short drive away!

Apartment was very clean. It was within walking distance of the commuter train to Boston which we wanted. The host was very helpful and parking easy. The kitchen was good and everything clean. We didn't get use the nice deck as it rained a couple days while we were there. We were a bit cold when the temps dropped but used extra blankets. The stairs are the hard part - very steep! Since we don't have a Smart TV it was confusing to use the huge TV. Instructions would be useful. We enjoyed our stay in Ipswich and would recommend this apartment in the heart of Ipswich!

The shower curtain needs to be replaced, it is quite smelly. Everything else was fine and the location is good. It’s nice to have direct access to the deck.

Lovely Ipswich property

My longtime friend and I are road tripping New England. This was a great place to stay in a charming small town. LOVED the easy access to the train which brought us right to Salem for a day of adventures! Safe, walkable and quaint...Ipswich is a town i could enjoy longer!

Great for girls trip

Three of us stayed here for a girls trip and found the property to be very clean and the neighborhood to be very safe. We walked around and explored quite a bit and had a great time. The property was as described and was reasonably priced. Had everything we needed and was in a convenient location.

Perfect Location and So Cute!

This unit was the perfect location for everything to see in Ipswich! It was so cute, I loved being able to walk to all of the things I wanted to see, and relax on the little patio that was off of my room. Thank you for renting your place to us!

Convenient and Cozy

We were in Ipswich for a family reunion and needed two bedrooms. Apartment #3 was great as one of the bedrooms has a door to the outside roof deck. This made it easy for me to come in late and not wake anyone. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again.

Accurate listing, no issues

The listing is accurate, stairs are steep and the property is certainly a classic. No issues, perfect for the wife and I and walkable to a cute downtown. Had dinner at the brewery and brunch at Heart and Soul, both were great.

Nice stay in nice town

Very cute place to stay. We were gone all day and used this place to shower and sleep and it was perfect. Nice roof top seating area is a plus. Stairs would be hard for older people. Overall satisfied.

It was cute & well-located. We were comfortable though the ceilings are quite low in spots (attic) and the ac was so loud, it was hard to hear the tv. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The spiral/short stairs are a bit much & there was a funny smell, seemed to be from the bathroom. Loved walking into town to explore.

Weekend Getaway

Really enjoyed our stay in Ipswich! The apartment was perfect, from the well appointed kitchen to the super comfortable bed! The unit does have steep stairs to get into the apartment if mobility is an issue this is not the place for you.
