« I really like the location and having our own home that was historic and quaint. 2 pianos, which were both enjoyed. Staying here , you connect with the locals. You feel part of the area- not a tourist. True immersion experience. Friendly area. Park and no need to drive. Walk everywhere for everything. Groceries , dining. Views. « The property is nicely located but in need of updates. A lot of the lamps are plug in vs light switch and there were some flickering lights behind the TV. One lamp was missing a light bulb. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The second bathroom is missing a door handle making it hard to open and close. We were unable to reach the ceiling fan chain without having to get on the bed, The Air Conditioner wasn't working on he first floor which made it a bit stuff but with open windows at...

« Nice clean property and the host was very responsive. It’s in a nice safe area with beautiful homes (we went on a long walk all around) and has a large driveway. It was the perfect location for what we wanted to do. »

« Everything about this house is perfection - everything is so nice and all new/renovated. So much space. We have stayed in a lot of cottages in Rockport and I would say this one is the nicest. My favorite part is the second floor laundry room/walk in closet right off of the master - again huge and just beautiful. « We were happy to stay in the clean, simple, private cottage in a quiet neighborhood of Plum Island. The cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. The driveway access was tight, but manageable. We drove the few miles to the Parker National Wildlife Refuge and would love to have spent more hours there looking at birds and beaches. »
