« Overall pleasant accommodation although the arrival/ check in process was a little bit confusing, not helped by the poorly lit surroundings. Rooms are modern, warm and cosy, although pillows didn’t have cases and quite a bit of the previous guest’s hair on both the pillow and in the shower. »

« Very bad experience. It's not a 4 starts hotel, it's just an overpriced AirBnB, no breakfast, no services at all. Also rude staff who didn't provide any info about the property and surroundings. The check-in consisted in a rude woman who handed the key, rushed us into the room and left. They didn't even provide the wifi password. This is not the way to treat guests. To avoid at all costs, despite the beautiful location. »

« Absolutely stunning property with beautiful grounds and facilities. Food was extremely high standard and all staff very welcoming, attentive and friendly. The spa is stunning and offeres everything you need. Little slice of heaven »

« On opening our room door my wife and I thought nice, however after a while we decided it was not as nice as we thought, lots of cobwebs and cracks in the walls a refurbished is needed. We both had little sleep as in the early hours of the night we heard loud drilling noise as if someone was working nearby. The breakfast was nothing to write home about everything was put on the plate so your toast became soggy and only the middle was buttered, service was poor. »

« Notre deuxième séjour à Church Farm Lodge et c'est toujours au top ! Les chambres sont décorées avec goût, et très confortables (notamment les lits). L'accueil est très sympathique et on sent que les propriétaires font beaucoup d'efforts pour rendre l'expérience agréable. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon... et c'est sympa de pouvoir commander des plats aux œufs de son choix. Cette fois, nous avons dîné au pub à côté — The Tollemache Arms, et la qualité de la nourriture était vraiment très bonne. »
