« I stayed at this property from 3/23/23 to 3/28/23 when i was on my way to rhe property i called owner to meet us whoever answered was very rude and not customer service friendly then i was given a number for house manager who saved the day Mr. Anderson was the best great customer service he immediately came to meet me i was so angry and tired but Mr. Anderson made me smile. « The property was double booked the first two days leaving us without a place to stay. The property manager said he booked another place when we got there that was also not available. We spent several hours late in the evening until we were finally able to get a temporary booking. Communication was extremely poor overall it was hard initially to get a hold of the property owner although we had paid in advance our accommodations was not available first two days. »

« This is the first time my family and I have used a place such as this for vacation and it was a pleasant experience. The security was superb, and we loved the layout of the apartment. The only thing we would recommend is getting an ac unit for the living room, because when JA is hot AND humid, oh me oh my. We are planning to go back soon and we definitely will be staying there again if it's available. »
