„Due to a new law in New York State we had to change our booking. It was absolutely worth it. Isaiah was very helpful from start to finish. From answering questions to helping us when we needed him. Communication is the key to everything. We asked for extra towels in advance and were provided. Piece of cake. The condo is large and was clean. The beds are comfortable. Everything is there. Newark Penn Station is not far away and there are shopping possibilities only couple minutes ...

„False advertising , the room is not clean no sheets odor tge pull out bed, no where in the advertisement it said share bathroom, plus the owner walks over you to use the restroom not safe at all. Bathroom is dirty, pleased do not rent the property “

„Unit is on 2nd floor of a 4 story building. Although the unit was very clean the living room and dining area furniture was sparse and dated. There were a couple of lights that didn’t work. The “common area” entrance and stairway to the VRBO is very unappealing and in desperate need of new paint and some TLC. If you desire to be in the heart of Hoboken this is a good location. Great access to transportation and dining options.“

„The apartment itself was well-maintained, clean, and had all basic amenities from kitchenware to toiletries. It has a very cabin-y feel and definitely made every one in the group feel at home. We didn't feel very safe at night in the area, outside the apartment though. Apartment itself does feel secure and we didn't actually witness anything shady happen. But if you're travelling with family, I'd recommend staying alert.“

„Overall had a nice stay at this apartment. Here are a few inaccuracies, though, that made a difference for my family: the listing says first floor but this is on the 3rd floor, there was no coffee maker, and there was no twin futon (only two loveseat couches). Also, only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 6 guests for 3 nights. Otherwise the apartment was clean and spacious and had most other amenities you would need! Neighborhood was great and there was lots of parking available.“

„We loved our stay at Byron‘s place. It’s right around the corner from a coffee shop and a couple of really good breakfast places. It’s an easy walk to Journal Square to take the path to New York City. Byron gave clear directions on how to enter the property, and the place was spotless and clutter free. „We stayed over Christmas and it was a great location. Only one block off the Main Street but no excessive noise issues. Nice radiator heat so the apartment was toasty. Easy access as there is an elevator and a washer and dryer in the basement. Very spacious for a one bedroom. AJ was very responsive to our messages. Will book again when back in Hoboken.“

„Mislead on the second bedroom and bathroom! Lost communications with host towards middle to end of stay. We booked a 3 week stay for business. This trip was for business not pleasure and was extremely inconvenienced throughout the entire stay. Looking to be compensated for the 2nd half of our stay and we also checked out 2 days early.“
