„We stayed at this complex before and like the amenities, particularly if you have kids. There is a large pool for toddlers and half of the main pool is less than a meter deep so it's great for older kids.The condo is large and furnished nicely, however, my wife and I had to spend about 3 hours cleaning and washing dishes before cooking. „The location of the property was excellent, close enough to shops and restaurants and 1 block from the beach. The section of the beach was nicer than any other area of beach as well. The unit was clean and had everything we needed including extra supplies which was greatly appreciated. Filtered water was also and extra added bonus. Loved the place and will stay here again! “

„This property was fairly new and very clean, with close proximity to the beach, restaurants and some shops. We loved the rooftop pool and bbq/lounge area, and spent most afternoons there. We used the bbq for dinner several times, and the front desk staff were helpful, providing cooking utensils for the bbq. I would highly recommend this property for a beautiful stay in Bucerias. “

"The check in was really the start of the bad experience because of a system issue between Hotels.com and Iberostar, the kids age was not correct and we needed to pay a lot more unexpectedly. In addition, the room was having an issue with the fire sensor and it was constantly flashing. The solution was to add tape to cover the light during the nights. Finally, I believe that the teams and employees help a lot and provide customer service, but due to orders and because of an out of common sense management, the full holiday was ruined. So not really interested in returning to an Iberostar hotel... "

"Great Hotel in Punta Mita with excellent service. Great Pools and jacuzzis. Excellent beach, very kind and helpful staff. Food and Drink prices are exaggerated though - it costs about twice as in other good hotels in Pta Vallarta area. Overall, excellent hotel that my wife and i enjoyed a lot."
