« First visit to this flat due to our usual one being sold. The flat is great with everything you need and we felt really comfortable and at home for our long weekend.Elderly dad managed the one flight up to the flat no problem and handy having the bus stop right outside too.Great flat and host so will be our new holiday flat going forward. »

« I did not get access to the property from the host. After messaging and calling multiple times and getting no response, I never received checkin information. »

« Our stay in Dunoon was delightful. Rosemary went out of her way to make our experience perfect and also connected us with a good friend of hers who provided an extra special tour around Dunoon. We had a fabulous time and thanks to the amazing hospitality, we’ve made last memories and friendships we won’t soon forget. »

« Great location in centre of Helensburgh. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The one negative was actually finding it. »

« Great location with fantastic views over the water. Really clean and modern apartment with plenty of space and everything you'd need. All facilities excellent, from beds to bathrooms. Garage downstairs is handy (silver key fob controls the door, and it's the one on the far left as you face the building). Key collection was easy and Peter was really helpful and quick on communication. We hope to be back. PS. Excellent takeaway from the Taj Mahal about half a mile down the road. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed the experience of staying in an old post office. The accommodation is comfortable & has everything you need. Steve, the host, who met us at the property was very friendly & helpful. For us the best part was the view of Loch Long & watching the boats come & go. We were lucky as the puffer boat moored up at the pier & we got to go aboard to have a look around. Highly recommend. »

« This is the third time we have stayed in this apartment. We come to visit family once a year and it suits us well. It is clean, comfortable and in central Helensburgh, with all that it offers. It is close to Loch Lomond, the Trossachs and the sea lochs nearby. We are fit and don't mind the 43 steps up to the apartment, but anybody who has mobility problems would find it difficult to access this apartment. We plan to use the apartment again. I cooked this time, which is unusual, but I could...

« Everything was great except the listing says it has a hot tub as an amenity, and I expected like an outdoor hot tub Jacuzzi, but there was none. Other than that everything was great, easy to find, easy to get to town, lots of room. »

« We had a wonderful stay. The lodge was clean and bright and had everything we needed. »

« Beautiful property, lovely views from the windows and at night all the lights from the other side of the water is so nice. There is a woodland walk just at the top of the road, most places are dog friendly, and to see the deer in the garden from the window was so nice. »

« It was a nice place. The property listing says there’s a washer and dryer but in reality there’s only a washer. Other than that it’s awesome. »

« This is a very concise, beautifully thought out space with a deck overseeing an expansive gorgeous valley filled sheep, birds, rising sun and moon. Iona and her husband could not have been more attentive and helpful. My husband and I have traveled the world seeking prehistoric monuments and sites and Kilmartin Glen is moments away as is its museum. The concentration of millenia of sites is exceeded only by the number of rock art sites even nearer the Pod. We recommend it highly! »

« Exactly as described and just what we needed for a couple nights. Well equipped, clean and good location. Short walk/drive to the beach and local shops including a supermarket. Check in and out was so easy and seamless. It is small but we didn't need anything bigger and makes it nice and cosy, also had a lovely little shared garden at the back for the dogs. »

« This property is immaculate, has plenty room and the best view from the front window.Would recommend booking a stay in the Lookout. »

"This hotel is cute, well located in downtown Helensburgh facing the Clyde. It's a "boutique" hotel so there's a lot of nice decoration items. The room itself is well decorated and there's even a vinyl record player with some vinyl discs. The bed in our double room was maybe a bit tiny but it's okay for 1 night. The front desk staff is nice. We had a reservation for the restaurant at 8:45pm but when we got there we were told that the kitchen closed at 8pm (it was Saturday night). Too bad, but there are other options to have dinner nearby. The breakfast was good though! We had a really nice price through hotels.com We definetly recommend Riva Hotel"
