« We had a college reunion and stayed at this delightful property. The House was beautiful, spotless and accommodated all our needs. The rooms were spacious and the location fabulous. It was situated perfectly, right across from the beach. The property manager was always attentive to all our needs and questions. The restaurants and bars were a short distance which made it easy for us to enjoy our stay. I would highly recommend this property and we hope to be back for our next reunion. »

« Our overall feel of the property was that it was clean and private. We stayed with our two kids so four of us total and we were comfortable. There was a metal frame and foam mattress folded up in the closet which easily fit in front of the king sized bed with walking room around it to the other side of the bed. « The property was very easy to find and access with good parking and seemed to be in a very quiet part of the town We have stayed on Folly approximately 10 times, and this was one of our better experiences. Everything was clean as a pin with beautiful ocean front views and just a short 5 minute walk to the pier. We really hated to leave. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who is just looking for a nice leisurely stay. »

« The perfect weekend getaway even when the weather can’t decide what to do! We came here for our 45th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint! The bed was comfy, the scenery was beautiful, the wildlife was phenomenal, the apartment was well appointed with everything we needed, it was clean and quiet. We got a neighbor upstairs, but that was all good too. We coexisted nicely and there was plenty of space for all of us outside. The neighborhood is nice for walks and fun bike rides too! Close...
