The property was awesome. I will rent it again. Plenty of space for our large crowd of family. Never have I seen a kitchen that was so well equipped to handle the number of guests the property advertised. Location was great.

Independence Day Family Retreat

Lots of character at this place. Amazing balcony on 2nd floor which was perfect for the fireworks. 1st floor bedrooms under kitchen can get noisy when people upstairs. Bedding not too comfortable and make sure you bring your own towels. Location is perfect distance from the bars and restaurants - not too close to be annoying but super easy walk.

Family Vacation

We had a family vacation with 18. There were 8 adults and 10 children ages 2-19. The property was very clean. We cooked in 5 of the 7 nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had 2 small maintenance issues and they were quick to respond and repair.

Spacious Home Right on the Ocean

We stayed at Casa Margarita for our annual Family Vacation. The home is large and well-appointed, except that the home had only one (apartment-sized) washer and dryer. We were also allocated only one set of towels per person, so we were continually washing towels the entire stay. I recommend it for a large family - but please be aware that the home is full of scantily-clad statues and artwork that has strong sexual overtones. It’s a fun place…. but a little racy for the youngsters.

Charleston Wedding

Absolutely no regrets leasing this property!!! We had family and friends from 4 states come into Charleston for a wedding and this place was exactly what we wanted. It has easy beach access, short walk to town, and all the amenities as described on the website. The beds and bedrooms were very comfortable and with each having its own bathroom was awesome! The kitchen has every single drawer and shelf labeled so it was super easy to find what we needed for dining and cleaning up afterwards. Most importantly, Karen with Exclusive Properties was amazing!! From day 1 she helped me with ideas for family dinners and things to do. She answered all of our questions and concerns and went above and beyond. I can't thank her enough for making this trip memorable for our family! Definitely want to come back to the same house in the future.

Phenomenal House!

We rent every year all over the country for our large family (18 people). This house was definitely in the top 3. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and the decor is adorable. My 3 adult kids and their children had fun picking between the cat, dog, Sponge Bob, sports, monkey room, etc. The kitchen is HUGE and was perfect for our Thanksgiving feast. Two of everything including dishwashers, ovens and refrigerators. They even have a drink cooler that is restaurant size. Perfect for water and sodas. They had more than enough plates, glasses and utensils. It is right on the beach and the view is amazing. My grandkids range in ages 2-22 and everyone had a GREAT time. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, pool table and walks on the beach, There is plenty of room for everyone to eat, the beds are comfortable and it was very clean. I would highly recommend. The only downfall was hot water availability. It seems one side of the house did not have much hot water. I was in the cat room and never had a problem with it but my daughters in the "love nest" and "pig pen" rooms said the hot water didn't last long especially if two people were showering at the same time. This house is very worth the price.

The most fun

This house is outstanding. Has everything you need for cooking. The rooms are all decorated per theme and it just made all of us happy.The only drawback is not being able to check in before 5 pm and the checkout is at 9 am.

Truly unique vacation home!

The eclectic and imaginative decor of this property, as well as the quality of the house, made this one of the most enjoyable holidays we have spent at Isle of Palms. The amazing kitchen helped make it a thanksgiving to remember. Very colorful beach house! The property management was great also!

Very unique and colorful

The house was located on the beach in a great position. Perfect. The property was very clean and easy to find. Property manager was easy and communicative. Beautiful colors and unique décor. I would say that if you have young children the décor is something you may want to consider, given its highly sexual nature and innuendo.....sometimes just blatant. There is a lot of it too! Otherwise a beautiful spot and place to visit.

The home was fun overall and the kitchen was fantastic! There are things that can be improved. Some of the bathrooms need to renovated and i think they should get rid of the themed bathrooms. Some of the bathrooms were nice and looked newer. The sheets were very scratchy and i think that you need to include 4 towel sets in each king bedroom. Also the umbrellas that we rented from you were awful and dangerous. I also didn't like that every piece of furniture was nailed down so you couldn't move anything!

Great house for a large group! Kitchen has plenty of everything and a nice layout! Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and plenty of space to relax inside and out! Pool and jacuzzi were well maintained and a plus when coming in from the ocean! Wonderful views from the balconies! The entire house is themed and keeps you entertained, our favorite was the guest bathroom off the kitchen! Would recommend this house for large families or groups!

The best rental ever!

It was clean and accommodating with plenty of cooking utensils and absolutely a fun place. 18 adults thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We loved The large drink cooler too. I would have liked 2 towel sets per person as there was only one washer/dryer and some of us didn’t even get to use it. We had to buy washcloths. Other than that, it was great.

Awesome house in a great location!

Casa Margarita is amazing! The house is huge with a beautiful view, right on the ocean. It is located very centrally on the island so you can easily walk to the bars and restaurants and the grocery store is very close. The house was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen is very well equipped with two ovens, two dishwashers, two large fridges and plenty of cooking utensils. We had one small maintenance issue with the hot tub and it was fixed within a few hours. Our group loved all of the themed rooms and the funky decorations throughout the house. It made for a unique stay. Also, each bedroom had its own private on suite bathroom which worked out really well for our large group. All in all, I am very pleased with our stay and I would definitely stay here again.

Very fun house for our families with young kids

Location is great-- pool, beach, Coconut Joe's all right there. Tremendous views from dining area. Decks are awesome for enjoying the views, the breeze, the crashing waves... Kids in our group aged 5-10 loved the wacky decor. Adults loved the kitchen w 2 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, lots of easy-access storage and everything labeled. If your group has adults hanging out in living area after kids' bedtimes, note that 4th floor bedrooms are not well-insulated from 3rd floor sound / conversations. Also note they mean it when they say you need to bring your own beach towels. Also beach chairs, beach toys / boogie boards, etc. Paying this price and flying in from out of state, I do wish that these conveniences were included. But big picture, it was a great house for our group. We had an awesome stay. I would recommend it and would happily stay here again.

Fabulous vacation spot for large families or group

This home a wonderful vacation spot that we thoroughly enjoy each year. My family of 20 look forward to this week and our stay at Casa Margarita. Home is well furnished with many amenities and the view and location are breathtaking. The only sad part of Casa Margarita is leaving at the end of the week.

We had a wonderful week at Casa Margarita

We all enjoyed our week at Isle of Palms; Casa Margarita's pool was well maintained, the house was very clean, and the new kitchen was grand gourmet all the way! The pool table was enjoyed, as was the hot tub. The last day we had intermittent rain, but it wasn't a problem: the rain clouds came and went, and we walked the beach and swam in between the light showers. If I had to recommend one tiny improvement, it would be to add an overhead light fixture over the round glass table in the living room. Our 1500-piece puzzle fit perfectly, but we needed more light at night. I certainly would recommend this to friends. Location is excellent for great restaurants and night entertainment.

We have stayed at Casa Margarita many times and have loved it! It is a spacious, unique and fun space to celebrate family and summer! With whimsical room themes, well appointed gourmet kitchen and a bath for each bedroom, this house is a barrel of fun for all! Beautiful views and direct access to beach and walking distance to nightlife and restaurants.
