My first time in Isle of Palms and I couldn’t have picked a better place for a bachelorette trip! Everything was perfect. Communication was great! I arrived early and was able to check in and decorate before the rest of the group arrived. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and safe location.

Family Spring Break

We met up with family for a long weekend in IOP. We had fun game nights at the large kitchen table. The teens enjoyed exploring the area and swimming in the pools. All the bathrooms are nicely updated! And the location to the beach can’t be beat!! We had a great visit to Wild Dunes!

This was a very comfortable and nicely decorated place! Everyone had their own bathroom and shower. Located within steps from the Grand Pavilion pools and beach. My only suggestion is check the kitchen stuff…need tablespoon and teaspoons any large platters. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was clean, and well maintained. It doesn’t have any views of ocean or pool, (next door wall) but the house itself was great. I’d stay here again. Well maintained, decent supplies of basic items, decorated nicely. The door to the porch on main floor sticks and is difficult to open and close. Don’t get locked out! Kitchen supplies were fine for daily use and we were able to find a vase. Love the coded entry. I’d put a rug inside the door as the floor gets slippery. Thank you!

Property was great. Comfortable beds and other furniture. New appliances in the well equipped kitchen. Everything would have been perfect except on the first couple of days the AC on the main floor wasn’t working properly. It worked but just couldn’t keep up later in the day. The property management folks got someone out ASAP and they fixed it. It was fine the remainder of the stay. Their response was great and they were easy to work with. I would definitely stay again.

Great House. Great Location

We had a great time. Check in and out was great. Beach gear rental was key and made the trip great. Bikes/Beach Chairs/Umbrella. Access to resort pools, bar, and pizza place was a bonus that we used a few times. The house was as advertised. Tons of places to sleep. Clean. As mentioned in other posts, Kitchen and Family/TV room is on the smaller side. So if you are with a big group that will be hanging out inside, it will be tight. My group was small and we were outside 80% of the time, so the house was perfect for us. I highly recommend.

The house needs some updating and repairs. There is no place in the kitchen to put food that you brought. Every cabinet is full. Two microwaves are not necessary and takes up too much counter space that is already limited. A thourough de clutter of the kitchen would be beneficial. There are so many duplicate items. The vent on the ceiling in the kitchen needs cleaned. The toilets do not flush well. Need more patio seating. The bedrooms are set up nicely and it is super nice that each bedroom has a bathroom. The lock on the bathroom near the kitchen needs fixed. Convenience to the beach and pool are great. Listing needs updated to explain the pool options better. Did not realize that the boardwalk inn pool was adult only! Did not have access to the sweet grass pool as it is now only for the hotel guests.

The living area is very small for a family. All upholstered furniture needs replacing. We had weddings on both Saturday and Sunday night and it was very loud from the reception.. Lots of steps with this property so beware of that with children. Best selling point is the location.

Family Memories

The location, layout and condition of the property was easily a 5 star based on all descriptions advertised. The check in, check out , communications with Beachside and equipment rental was a 6 star , an extra star rating created to reflect the quality of service during a pandemic . Three minor observations for the benefit of the owner : the drawer next to the oven needs to have the door glued back as it " catches " on the stove and if not attended to will necessitate more extensive repair down the road . Likewise, the door to the bathroom from the kitchen sticks; either it is slightly swollen or the floor is uneven. Third, the second level master bedroom shower has a leak at the shower head. Finally , one of the doors to the garbage storage unit is completely disassembled . I feel sure that must be on an existing repair list as it is quite obvious. None of these detracted from our stay. I only mention them as a heads up to management or the owner.

The location of this property was great!! Very close to the pools and a short walk to the beach.

The house was great for 6 adults and an infant. Everyone had their own bedroom and private bathroom. The living room furniture might need some updating. The walk to the beach was easy. The beach is huge in front of the Boardwalk area. The overall stay was great!

Beautiful home and great location!

Love the ocean view peaks from the 2 patios! The decor is so cute and everything was clean and in great working order. Beachside Rental was very helpful with our questions. One consideration is there are lots of turning and narrow steps to take and this one has no elevator which would’ve been nice with all of our heavy luggage.
