The beautiful old church has been thoughtfully and beautifully restored and renovated into two 3 bedroom units with ample amenities. « Great location and a 5 min walk into town. There was a good amount of space and the kitchen was pretty well stocked. Our only complaint was the beds weren’t comfortable, other than that it was great. »

However the owner quickly responded when we messaged her. The farmer next door is a delight to chat with. He’s a lifelong resident and he shared a lot of stories about growing up there. « Wonderful setting, beautiful views. Not near grocery so come well stocked. Lovely coffee yurt a couple miles down the road. The house was as-advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only hiccup was that we never received check-in instructions or an access code despite leaving emails and a voicemail 2 days in advance…so we drove 4 hours to a locked house on a weekend. Thankfully someone picked up when we called from the house and gave us the access code. I’m sure this was not a typical...
