Personnel accueillant et très bonne disponiblité. Chambre standard changée pour une autre d’un haut standing après 3 nuit de séjour, sans frais. Une visite à Istanbul au moins une fois dan la vie est vivement conseillée.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche de tous les sites touristiques, proche également de plusieurs restaurants. Le personnel est aux petits soins. L’hôtel en lui même est très propre. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Hôtel exceptionnel
2 ème fois que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel en famille.Hôtel très bien situé en plein coeur de la ville à 2 minutes de la mosquée sainte Sophie. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable. Le directeur de l'hôtel est également au petit soin des clients. Nous avons reçu un appel de sa part pour nous prévenir que la chambre était prête puis un nouvel appel une fois parti pour savoir si tout c'était bien passé. La chambre est très propre, très belle vue du rooftop sur la mosquée et même sur le bosphore. Nous séjournerons à nouveau lors d'un prochain passage.

Excellent service ! Toute l’équipe est très chaleureuse et l’hôtel est parfaitement situé pour visiter Istanbul, la plage Sultanahmet étant à 2 min à pied !

Hôtel très bien situé au milieu des monuments historiques (quelques minutes à pieds), du bosphore... Très propre, excellente équipe très sympatique et disponible. Accueil très chaleureux. Difficile de faire mieux. Very nice and clean hotel with very nice staff (Bouchra, Yakoup, Hezena...) Very well situated in the middle of nicest places of Istanbul and having a nice view at the top.

Parfait ! Proches de tour , le personel aux petits soins et tres souriant , accueilli par kemal et "harry potter " , le lendemain par yakup , meryem est geniale aussi . Hande du peti dejeuner vous demandera comment vous souhaiter vos oeufs et vois commandera vos café , je n ai plus le nom de la dame qui vs ramene les oeufs mais elle est tellement gentille aussi . La.literie , la propreté chaque jour , le petit dejeuner . Mon mari compte revenir avec sa maman tellement on se sent bien !

We stayed for a week at this hotel to celebrate my wife's birthday, the surprise is that the hotel has prepared a wonderful cake for my wife. Many thanks to Mr. Onur and Mr. Jamie. The pleasant hotel is very well located. I recommend it to everyone.

C'est un hôtel 4 étoiles dans le quartier historique, idéal pour visiter Istanbul. On s'est juste rendu compte une fois là-bas qu'on avait payé bien trop cher comparé à ce qu'il est possible de trouver dans cette ville.

Petit hôtel de 22 chambres très confortables et joliment décorées (style ottoman). Cocktail de bienvenue. De nombreuses petites attentions tant à l'arrivée, qu'au cours du séjour et au moment du départ (une boîte de loukoums et un bouquet avec une rose blanche). Petit déjeuner copieux et varié sur la terrasse de l'hôtel, offrant une vue magnifique sur Sainte Sophie et le Bosphore. Bouilloire dans la chambre. Douche à jets. Propreté parfaite. Accueil à l'aéroport et transfert organisé par l'hôtel. A recommander vivement !

Perfect hotel for visiting Istanbul
It is the best hotel I never been to. It has 4 levels with 4 or 5 rooms per level. I is very quite, clean. The breakfast is served on the terrasse of the hotel with a wonderful view of the Sophia Mosque. It is not the first time I have been in Istanbul, but this is the first time I am taking a small hotel, I was afraid of getting in something not respecting the international standard of quality....and then we arrived in Istanbul...and it was amazing : - very nice reception - very polite and respectful staff - exceptional location (5 minutes may be less from major sites) - do not hesitate to go there with a baby - they will upgrade you if they have a bigger room available for free - internet works very well and fast....for free - A/C works perfectly...no noise, no dust smell.... - for lovers, family, single...it is a excellent quality/price ration It is far away better from our french hotel for the same price...

My stay at the White House Hotel in Istanbul was fantastic! The rooms were beautiful, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always available for any questions. The central location near top attractions added to the overall experience during my four-day stay. Not to mention, the breakfast buffet was delicious, making my time at the hotel even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying there again!

My home away from home in Istanbul
I am a frequent visitor to Istanbul. I prefer to stay in the Sultanahmet, because my friends like family work and some live there or near there. I have stayed at the White House repeatedly over the last three years. It is beyond all measure the best hotel in the neighborhood, considering convenience, comfort, service including a true Turkish breakfast, price and all other criteria. For me the only additional thing I could ask is that they install handrails on the entrance from the street stairs that blend with the style of the house.

If you are looking for a very clean hotel to stay in with an acceptable budget then it will be this hotel. We booked 2 rooms after we read the positive reviews about it. Without exaggeration, their cleanliness level is very high standard. There aren't black stain lines in the bathroom, the drainage wholes aren't rusty, everything is very clean . The staff are very friendly and helpful, smiling all day. The hotel manager and owner have great customer service skills. They gave us a welcome drink and lokum when we arrived. The breakfast options and quantity are acceptable and delicious. The hotel location is very near to tourism sights such as aya sofya and tramvay. When we left the hotel manager maneged to prepare us a car with a price less than the taxi price. Also we forgot our things in the hotel and the hotel manager was very cooperative to send us our things by post. For sure I will stay with them again.

A very enjoyable and entertaining stay in Istanbul, with lovely sites and friendly people. Would do it again! The White House Hotel is/was part of the positive experience too. It is well located near attractions and transportation. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The Service is impeccable, gracious and friendly. Breakfast is good and plentiful, much needed because of all the walking to do for enjoying the city! Rooms are nice, but small. To get around this we chose a triple room even though there were just two of us. Thanks to the owner, Harun Cardirci, Mehmet, Kemal, and the team for making our stay so memorable and comfortable!

The White House Hotel Istanbul is an absolute gem! Great location!! 2 min walk to an array of restaurants with useful advice from the front desk who are happy to call and make arrangements. 3 min walk to major attractions in Sultanmet and to the tram. We reached at 9.30 am after a long flight for a 1.00 pm check in and the hotel graciously accommodated us and a room was ready in 15 min. The room was excellent with classic decor and the complimentary breakfast buffet on the roof top is quite a feast! The staff were welcoming and warm and we felt safe and valued as visitors! Three thumbs up to this lovely hotel!!

I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The location is perfect - walking distance to the incredible sights and fantastic restaurants, breakfast is amazing, coffee is available 24 hours on their beautiful rooftop, but the service is just beyond anything I've ever encountered. Eres at the front desk - hope he's there to greet you - he sat us down for a full 20 minutes at check in to talk about the hotel (naturally) but then went on to tell us about the area, where not to eat, how to navigate the metro system, and he had incredible restaurant recommendations (Old Ottoman was our favorite). He was able to get us a table at restaurants that had turned us away without a reservation. Everyone one working there is gracious, kind, helpful and make you feel at home. There was a handwritten note from the manager waiting for us in our room, welcoming us to Istanbul. Originally this trip would probably have been my one and only visit to Istanbul but rethinking future travel plans, hoping to include this beautiful city and amazing hotel again.
