Recommander pour petit budget
Un très bon service. Un accueil chaleureux. Beaucoup de choix pour le petit déjeuner. Littéralement à deux minutes de marche de Sainte-Sophie. L'équipement des chambres n'est pas d'hier, il équivaut à un celui d'un motel américain ou canadien, mais en beaucoup plus propre et pour un prix très avantageux. Nous nous y sommes sentis en sécurité et nous y retournerions.

Fiyatına göre gayet iyi bir otel. Konumu harika. Ayasoyfa yerebatan sultanahmet cami yürüme mesafesinde çok yakın. Kahvaltıları gayet yeterli ve doyurucu. Otel çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Konum ve kahvaltı bizim için önemliydi onlarda iyiydi. Odalar eski ve küçük ama biz sadece uyumak için odaya geldiğimiz için fiyatı baz aldık ve bu fiyata göre odalar sonuçta uyuyabilecek durumda. Yeniden gitsek tekrar aynı otelde kalırdık. Biz 4 kişi aile olarak 2 gece kaldık.

Great location but poor condition
Great location but the building is in poor condition and the people were unfriendly and not very helpful. The room was tiny and old. We moved to another place in the street - the new hotel was more expensive but significantly better on all aspects.

Lt. Bilder im Internet sollte das Hotel gut sein. Leider eine bilige Absteige zu Wucherpreis. Schmutzig, eng und Stickig. Personal unfreundlich. Frühstück einfach und teilweise verdorben.Bin sehr enttäuscht und verärgert. Es ist nicht die 200 Euro wert, sondern max.50 Euro.Es ist kein Hotel sondern Billigpansion.Bad/WC nicht sauber.

Halil Bey;Rezervasyon yaptığını yer Oteldir,apartman dairesi değildir.Otele girişte uymanız gereken kurallar vardır.4 kişilik odaya 8 kişi olarak gelemezsiniz ve girişte pasaport ve kimlik bilgilerinizi giriş esnasında vermek zorundasınız.Bunları sizden rica etmemiz bizleri kaba insanlar yapmaz.Ayrıca bizim 200euro gibi bir fiyatımız asla olmamıştır.Size verdiğimiz oda aile odası ve balkonludur.Havasız ve kirli olmasını yazmanız ironik olmuş.Umarım yapacağınız diğer rezervasyonlarda Otel ve daire ayrımını düşünerek rezervasyonuzu yaparsınız.Saygılarımla

Dear Anadolu Hotel Guest, You were booked 2 family room on the third floor.Family rooms are on the third floor and we dont have lift. Because of this you didnt want check-in and left the hotel.(Free) is it horrible?

We are really sorry that I could not please you. Like every hotel, we have some rules. Our guests must comply with these rules. As we stated at the entrance: Our breakfast time ends at 10:00AM. If you want room service, you must deliver your key to the reception until 14:00o'clock. Your rooms are disinfected for your health due to Covid-19 and leave a little odor.You just have to air it for 5 minutes.

A pleasant budget-friendly hotel with a breakfast
The hotel room itself was a typical room, except the bathroom was a bit crammed and shower head needed replacement (water was just dropping down instead of being properly spraying, making for an awkward shower). The breakfast was EXCELLENT. Thank you! I was there for two nights, but the room was not cleaned and towels were not changed during my stay. The best thing, though, was that they gave me my room when I arrived very early, and they invited me for the breakfast (even though technically my first breakfast was to be had the next day). Thank you!

The rooms are very clean and tidy. Although there isn’t mini bar in the rooms, staff are kind enough to prepare everything you need. The place is fantastic and silent in the heart of istanbul. I enjoyed my stay a lot

Ευχάριστη διαμονή. Πολύ ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Προφανώς το δωμάτιο θέλει ανακαίνιση και ένα ψυγείο. Επίσης δε λειτουργούσε το wi-fi. Το πρωινό ήταν καλό, η περιοχή υπέροχη δίπλα σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα της παλιάς πόλης και η θέα πολύ καλή.

Ismail Bey; Rezervasyonunuzu aile odası olarak aldınız ve konakladığınız oda ahşap olarak dizay edilmişti.Paslı olarak neyi anlatmak istediğinizi anlayamadık.İptal işlemini online olarak expedia.com üzerinden yapabilirdiniz ama siz kalmak istediniz.Otelimize giriş yaptınız ve konaklayacağınız odayı size gösterdik odayı çok beğendiğinizi söylediniz.Lütfen konaklamak isteğiniz yere giderken kendinizi mental olarak hazırlayınız.Aksi durumlarda biz otel işletmelerini zor durumda bırakıyorsunuz.Son olarak otelimizin aile konseptinde olması ve sizin farklı beklentiler içinde olmanız sizde rahatsızlık yaratmış olabilir.
