Özellikle Yağmur hanım, Emirkan bey ( geç saatte bizi karşılayıp, daha biz sormadan kafamızdaki tüm sorularımızı cevapladı), Cumhur bey ve Korhan beye ( tavsiye ,ilgi ve yardımları için sonsuz minnettarız) teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz. Ich empfehle das Hotel aufgrund meiner Erfahrung nicht weiter. Am Abend vor der Abreise haben wir im Restaurant vom Hotel (Moise Karaköy, Kellner Ismail) gegessen. Wir haben im Anschluss die Rechnung bezahlt und uns dabei nichts Schlimmes gedacht (die Beleuchtung ist übrigens schlecht). Im Nachgang haben wir gemerkt, dass wir viel zu viel bezahlt haben. Das haben wir am nächsten Morgen der Frühstücksdame sowie an der Rezeption mitgeteilt und sie gebeten, uns zu erklären, wie die hohe Summe zu Stande kam. Uns wurde versichert, dass wir am nächsten Tag einen Anruf bekommen werden und uns die zu viel bezahlte Summe zurückerstattet wird. Es kam kein Anruf. Daraufhin habe ich eine E-Mail geschrieben und sie erneut gebeten, mein Anliegen zu prüfen. Es kam die Antwort, dass sie mein Anliegen prüfen werden. Bis heute habe ich keine Erklärung/ Entschuldigung geschweige Rückerstattung erhalten. Auf meine weiteren E-Mails kam auch keine Antwort mehr. Für den Preis erwartet man schon ein zuverlässiges Hotel. Der Service vom Hotel ist durchschnittlich. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig. Ich bin im Herbst wieder in Istanbul und würde auf keinen Fall wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

Top Lage, schöne Zimmer, nettes Personal
Wir waren zwar nur einen Tag in diesem Hotel aber vom Service bis hin zu den Zimmern war alles perfekt. Wahrscheinlich einer der besten Hotels in denen ich war. Der Mitarbeiter kam direkt raus um bei den Koffern zu Helfen, alle Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und hatten ein lächeln im Gesicht. Man fühlte sich hier sehr wohl. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber und bieten alles was man braucht. Auch auf kleinste Utensilien wie Zahnbürste, Bademäntel etc. wurde geachtet. Das findet man in vielen Hotels heute leider nicht mehr. Vielen Dank

Voller Charme und feiner Details…
Was für ein schönes Haus! Lage, Aussicht, Service, Einrichtung - alles lecker am Auge und genussfördernd. Probleme gibt es hier nicht - aber Lösungen für alle Umstände und Fragen die sich ergeben. Besonderen Charme haben die Urban-Zimmer. Die Dachterrassen auf beiden Häusern laden zum Verweilen auf höchstem Niveau. Das Restaurant laß uns vollumfänglich jeden Wunsch vom Gaumen ab und bot uns eine Heimstadt voller Vielfalt für unsere gehobenen Ansprüche. Unweit des Galataturms, fußläufig zu Altstadt, Galatabrücke und Fähre führen alle Wege zu sehenswürdigen Spots, Straßen voller Handel und Gastfreundlichkeit. Gerne wieder :-)

Nach einer abenteuerlichen Taxifahrt durch die engen Gassen sind wir von der Eleganz unseres Hotels überrascht worden. Die Freundlichkeit der Hotelmitarbeiter war nicht zu überbieten. Absolute Sauberkeit und Hygienemaßnahmen stehen ganz oben! Von der Dachterrasse hat man einen überwältigenden Ausblick auf die Altstadt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Das Hotel ist sehr sehr schön und an einer sehr guten Lage wo man ziemlich viel zu Fuss erreichen kann. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und gross. Ein riesen Lob geht an das Personal, super freundlich und sehr sehr hilfsbereit. Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist, dass die Zimmer sehr hellhörig sind. Ansonsten super Hotel würden immer wieder in das Hotel gehen!

Had a few minor issues but the staff fixed them quickly. Had power surge and a complete blackout in the room once. The bath floor flooded once. Was not able to operate the air conditioning. These were immediately address as when reported. Would prefer these issues don’t occur. When you see multiple issues occurring on your stay, your mind is preoccupied with “what’s next”. Otherwise the stay was good

Excellent location! Feels safe and a quick walk to everything you want to go to in Karakoy. Staff were excellent and courteous. Rooms were incredibly clean and quiet. 11/10 would stay here again!
