We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were truly impressed with the overall experience. Everything was excellent – the rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.
The staff were outstanding: extremely friendly, kind, and always willing to help. We would especially like to thank Songül and Melek from the room service team, who were incredibly kind and supportive during our stay.
We are also very grateful to Mr. Serkan Gülcicek at the reception, who helped us a lot with all our questions and requests. A very special thanks goes to the hotel manager, Ms. Wassila, who provided exceptional support and helped us resolve an issue caused by a mistake during our booking in the best possible way.
We were also very satisfied with the breakfast. There was a great variety of options, and the quality of the food was excellent. The only small point for improvement would be the seating management during breakfast time. On several occasions, we noticed that a single guest was occupying a table meant for four people. It might be helpful if the restaurant staff could guide guests more effectively to optimize seating for everyone.
The hotel is also perfectly located, with excellent access to public transportation, which made getting around very easy for us.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, especially families.
