Everything was good except the Reception Lady in this morning, guest is waiting she don’t even look at the guest nor greeting. 👎 Except her, everything was great check in was very good and especially staff at the Restaurant wow 5Star !

Great hotel, great staff. Breakfast was awesome. Front desk Mustafa helped my husband alot. Thanks to him. Also the bellboys are great. Burak was one guys name. Didnt get a chance to get the other guys name. Awesome hotel

First of all, ten stars for the reception staff who worked hard to check me in early, and didn't make me wait until 2pm like other hotels. Staff at reception, in the rstaurant, and at the gym area are all super friendly and helpful. Great gym, swimming pool, and sauna.
