Nice hotel for overnight stay near IST
This is a nice hotel for overnight stay near IST airport. Staff is very helpful and friendly. 15 min by taxi from the terminal. Highly recommend.

All is well. There was no problemi that is related to staffs etc. Fast check in, no noisy but bad location. But you come from so far, it is so close to airport.

Nice clean hotel but watch your bookings .
Unfortunately my stay at this hotel was not pleasant. They took payment before arrival even though it stated payment on arrival, then then decided to take 2 payments whilst I was still in Manchester. This confused me but I decided to deal with it on arrival into Istanbul, on my arrival they had two bookings unfortunately they said it had booked this via hotels.com this was completely unacceptable and I felt like I was being scammed, I did get my original booking refunded but ended up paying more for my room that I had booked. This is my first experience of this and it’s left a bitter taste. The staff on reception was extremely friendly and helpful but really my trust was broken. The hotel was clean and the room was nice, it’s a new hotel and building work is still going on. Would I stay there again. No never.

Not what was described at all. I got a message stating pick up and drop off from the airport is available for $2 usd. I agreed and when I got there they charged me $60 for pick up and drop off. Ridiculous and cheaters. They should be off the site. The hotel was dirtier and didn’t look the same they were having construction and beds weren’t clean

The property was good for the night I stayed. The shower was clogged but the staff came as soon as I called them and helped unclog the shower. They also helped me with the bags. Overall good overnight stay close to the airport.

Já me hospedei em outros Hotéis da rede Intercity, e posso afirmar que esse foi o pior de todos ! A começar pela recepção! O Rapaz que no recebeu sem nenhum sorriso, praticamente monossilábico! Demonstrava um péssimo mal humor ! O quarto muito pequeno quase não cabia nossas malas ! Lençóis sujos, um cobertor curto que mal cobria uma pessoa! No frigobar não tinha nenhuma água para beber ! Ou seja péssima experiência! Tudo bem que fomos apenas para dormir de um dia para outro , pois nosso voo era pela manhã bem cedo, mas Sinceramente eu esperava bem mais por ser um hotel da rede Intercity Não recomendo! Local muito barulhento

We left all within 10 minutes of being there. The rooms were very dirty and had a terrible smell and there were AC units leaking that had buckets under them and holes in the ceiling. If going under construction, it shouldn’t be open to guests. Front desk check in staff had a rude demeanor.

The hotel rooms have holes in the ceilings, there is drywall in the bathroom. Walls of the rooms have been banged into. Terrible customer service unwilling to address complaint. There is no dining option and not conveniently located by any restaurants which gives the guy at reception monopoly over food. Overcharged us for food and refused to accept credit card…claimed credit card machine was not working or something was wrong with our cards which was impossible give we had used the card at the airport 30 min earlier and later in the evening. Insisted on taking cash and then took a day to give our change back. Property itself is dilapidated on inside. I can share pictures if Expedia allows but should not have been charged so much for this property.

Good place to take a breath between flights.
Good location, 15 minutes from the airport. The hotel arranged transfer and everything went smoothly. Excellent checking-in, very kind and attentive personnel. Value for money.
