Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Am Empfang wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Alle Mitarbeiter der Rezeption, Burak, Samet, Rezzak und Mert sind sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Unsere kleinen Anliegen wurden sofort umgesetzt. Danke an die Rezeption! Da unser Zimmer Attic Room renoviert wurde, haben wir ein kostenloses Upgrade auf ein Deluxe Zimmer erhalten. Unser Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt, neue Handtücher wurden ausgelegt, und kostenloses Wasser gibt es dazu. Danke an die Putzfeen! Die Lage des Hotels ist äußerst zentral in 2 Minuten Fußweg erreicht man die Bahnhaltestelle Sultanahmet. Direkt gegenüber liegen die besonders wichtigen Moscheen, Blaue Moschee, Hagia Sophia etc. Das Frühstück findet auf der Terrasse statt, aber man hat die Möglichkeit im Partnerhotel zu frühstücken, wo es etwas größer ist. Im Großen und Ganzen möchten wir uns nochmals bedanken bei dem Sura Hotel Team. Es ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert und ein erneuter Besuch wird definitiv stattfinden. DANKE!

Wer Massentourismus mag, ist in diesem Hotel genau richtig. An diesem Ort gibt es zahlreiche Touristen. Für uns Europäer ist dieses Hotel jedoch kein 5-Sterne-Hotel, sondern ein solides 3-Sterne-Hotel. Leider habe ich mir in diesem Hotel ein Lebensmittelvergiftung geholt, als ich mir ein Burger in der Nacht bestellt habe. Ansonsten war dieser Hotel ok.

Uns hat die Unterkunft super gut gefallen! Alle Mitarbeiter, egal ob beim Check in, beim Frühstück oder das Reinigungspersonal waren sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße, was im Moment wegen Bauarbeiten gegen morgen etwas laut war. Für uns allerdings nicht so schlimm, da wir Frühaufsteher sind! In unserem Haus war das Frühstück gut, alles sehr ordentlich und sauber! Die Auswahl gut und man hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht zur Blauen Moschee und zur Hagia Sophia. Im Hotel gegenüber war der Pool, der sehr schön war. An einem Tag waren wir auch dort Frühstücken, da dort eine größere Auswahl sein sollte. Okay die Auswahl ist größer, aber der Rest sehr enttäuschend. Morgens 8.30Uhr gab es schon keine Tassen mehr und wir mussten aus Pappbechern trinken. Das habe ich noch nie in einem 5 Sterne Haus erlebt!!! Auch die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Das Personal war gestresst und man merkte das nicht Hand in Hand zusammen gearbeitet wurde. Also dort würde ich nur 3 Sterne für das Frühstück geben. Dann lieber eine kleinere Auswahl, aber ein schönes Ambiente und nette Mitarbeiter!!!! Danke noch einmal an alle in unserem Haus, Sie sind alle großartig, bleiben Sie so wie Sie sind!

Die Lage war super zentral, so dass man in wenigen Metern an der Haltestelle Sultanahmet war. Was die Sauberkeit anging, waren wir baff, also echt klasse, größtes Lob. Sowohl vom Service als auch von der Essensauswahl her top. Also wenn wir nochmal nach Istanbul fliegen sollten (und das werden wir ganz bestimmt) so wird Sura Hotel unsere Anlaufstelle sein. Unterkunft sehr sauber, Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Lage optimal. Essen sehr gut. Unser Zimmer war mit Blick in den Garten. Leider konnten wir den Balkon nicht nutzen und auch nicht Lüften, da unten ein großer Grill stand der ständig nach abgestandener Asche stank.

Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage, man erreicht praktisch den größten Teil aller Sehenswürdigkeiten von Istanbul zu Fuß. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, schön und komfortabel, mit Balkon/Zugang zum Innenhof. Man kann hier herrlich frühstücken mit tollem Ausblick auf die Moscheen, genauso empfehlenswert ist das Deraliye und auch das dazugehörige Restaurant auf der Dachterrasse. Besonders zum hervorheben ist aber das unglaublich aufmerksames, höfliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Wir waren höchst zufrieden und bedanken uns herzlichst angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Es war echt schön Istanbul mal wieder mal zu erleben . Anfangs war es etwas stressig im Hotel , da viel Kundschaft an der Rezeption versorgt werden musste aber in der nächsten Stunden wurde alles geklärt im BESTEN Hotel im Stadtteil Sultan Ahmet nämlich das Sura Hotel Hagia Sophia ***** Wir werden definitiv wie schon die letzten Male wieder kommen .

The Sura Hotel staff was just wonderful and we felt welcome all the time. The hotel is super central, has an incredible pool, modern design, is clean and a great choice got private or the business traveller. I can recommend the hotel restaurant, Greta city view and delicious food. Happy to stay there again.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit perfekter Lage Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Leider konnte der Spa Bereich nicht genutzt werden, dies wurde mir jedoch erst nach der Buchung mitgeteilt. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Die Mindestabstände konnten hier nicht eingehalten werden. Das Frühstück fand für beide Hotels in einem Raum statt.

Location of property is excellent but everything else sucks, our room carpet was filthy dirty, between blackened carpet to spills on carpet which were not cleaned, felt room was very unhygienic, brought it to front desk attention to get it clean before next guest arrives, room service terrible ask for ice their ice machine was broken, I have seen better motel 6 then this 5 star hotel,
