Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Kleines Haus, mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht.

Besonders gut fanden wir die Lage (nah am Zentrum, aber nicht mittendrin) und die Mitarbeiter (sehr freundlich, immer erreichbar). Nicht so gut war zumindest in unserem Zimmer das Bad. Es war alles sauber, der Abfluss der Dusche war aber offen und die Dusche selber ließ sich nicht einstellen (nur Regendusche). Warm und kalt ging ohne Probleme. Der Putzservice war in Ordnung, wir hätten gerne auch gleich viele neue Handtücher gehabt wenn wir alte zur Reinigung geben. An der Rezeption haben wir aber ohne Probleme neue bekommen. Insgesamt war die Unterkunft gut, wir würden wieder kommen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider war das hotel unglaublich hellhörig, man verstand jedes Wort aus den Nebenzimmern. Das Frühstück hätte besser sein können.

Lage ist top, Personal war immer freundlich. 24-h ansprechbar. Frühstück könnte ausgebaut werden, aber das was da war, war sehr lecker. Zimmer sehen auf den Fotos besser aus. Duschkopf war kaputt. Am ersten Tag war das Zimmer sauber, aber im Laufe unseres 1-wöchigen Aufenthaltes wurde es nur sehr oberflächlich gereinigt (Müll ausgeleert und ab und an Handtücher umgetauscht). Für Urlauber, die die wunderschöne Stadt sehen wollen und sich nicht lange im Hotel aufhalten ist das Hotel zu empfehlen. Aber nicht zu viel erwarten bitte!

Schlechtes hotel
Das hotel war schlecht die Mitarbeiter unfreundlich. In meinem angebot war das frühstück mit in begriffen jedoch haben die das abgestritten. Am anfang haben die sogar meine resarvation abgesteitten. Ich rate jedem von dem hotel besuch ab. So was schlechtes habe ich noch nie gesehen Nur probleme gehabt

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.
Ein kurzer Aufenthalt von 5 Tagen, das Personal sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Jede Bitte wurde direkt umgesetzt, keine doppelte Bitte war notwendig. Das Personal hat auch sehr viele Programme für die Hotelgäste. Noch nie so nettes Personal erlebt. Gerne wieder.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel in top Lage
Bereits vor unserer Reise kam es zu einer Verbindungsaufnahme seitens des Hotels, sodass wir zum Beispiel die Abholung vom Flughafen vereinbaren konnten. Das Hotel an sich besteht aus 2 Gebäuden, die etwa 50m auseinander liegen. Bucht man eine der Suits so wie wir, ist man nicht in dem Gebäude untergebracht, in dem auch die Rezeption ist oder das Frühstück, aber das sollte kein Problem darstellen. Das Personal war uns gegenüber sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Zusätzlich wurden alle Fragen, die wir zur Stadt, zu Touristentouren etc. hatten ausführlich beantwortet. Unser Zimmer war in einem sehr guten Zustand. Sehr sauber und sehr viel Platz. Gleiches trifft auch auf das Bad zu; meine Freundin hat sich zu keinem Zeitpunkt unwohl gefühlt :) Daher fasse ich zusammen: Top Hotel in top Lage zu einem guten Preis!

Ideal gelegen
Das Hotel ist eher ruhig, ideal im alten Stadtteil gelegen, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Frühstücksbuffet auf der Dachterrasse ist gross und abwechslungsreich. Die Zimmer sind gross und gut ausgestattet (wir hatten ein Dreierzimmer). Alles in allem können wir das Hotel gut weitermpfehlen, es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Der Ausblick von der Frühstücksterasse ist großartig. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist typisch Türkisch und somit echt lecker. Eine Moschee ist direkt nebenan. Aber wo ist sie es nicht in Istanbul:-) So ist der Muezzin klar und deutlich zu hören. Es befindet sich in einer kleinen Seitengasse.

Staff were especially hospitable - they helped us everyday transporting things like strollers in and out of the building. The two-room suite was perfect for our family of 5. Breakfast had the same options everyday, but we enjoyed that too.

I strongly recommend this hotel for families. Rooms are clean and renovated. Hotel manager was very helpful and gave us good honest advice about where to shop and places to visit. Breakfast was very good. There is a small convenience store right underneath hotel where you can buy food or travel related items very cheap price.

An older boutique hotel in the vicinity of Sultanahmet and within access to Istanbul iconic tourist attractions. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Room we had was small and noise can be heard from other rooms and hallway. The room didn’t have tea/coffee, or iron. Drinking bottle water is available for a charge.

I had a great stay in this hotel with my family (kids, infant). Its a very cozy space, aesthetically decorated with Turkish culture and heritage. The staff is professional and courteous. Its located in the beautiful Istanbul streets and at walking distances from Hagia Sofia and Sultan Ahmet Mosque. I would definitely recommend this place!

This guest did not stay in our hotel! He made a reservation, he came and looked at the room the day before the check-in day, he said that he would come tomorrow, but he did not come, even he did not inform that he would not come. Immoral man! Even though the reservation was marked as unused, Expedia allowed this guest to comment. Strange!

The front desk are professional peoples. But the property needs a lot of work be good for the Tours. The The beds need to be replaced and the shower and the toilet they in very poor conditions. The room tv not. Some of lights bulbs not working at all. I will not going back to this hotel anymore and not recommend it.

You told us it was working and we found the remote and turned on the tv. The room lamp can be turned on with 2 switches, from the bedside and the room entrance. If the bed is closed from the beginning, you need to turn it back on from there. We continue to make innovations in room bedding and furnishings from time to time. If you have a complaint, you could report it to us at the hotel. At least if you dared to write in your comment. But you stay at the hotel for days, and after you leave the hotel, you give a low score without reporting any complaints. This is disrespect to our Hotel and the hard work of our employees. Tashkonak is absolutely charming. It's very close to the biggest sights. Staff are hard working and very helpful. The surroundings put you into a cozy neighborhood. Restaurants and shops are nearby, easy to walk to. The hotel breakfast is absolutely delicious! Great hotel, all around.

Vi är bara en telefonnyckel bort för rengöring eller vi är alltid framför hotellet, våra gäster kan alltid vidarebefordra sina önskemål till oss. * Privat transferpriser: 35 € (2pax) från Istanbul flygplats 40 € från Sabiha Gökçen Det är inte dyrt och vi köper det, vi säljer det inte med våld. * En enorm LÖGN med 20% tillagt pris! Gästen kan betala rumsavgifterna med kreditkort eller kontant. Vi debiterar inte extra för kreditkort. Förmodligen har denna gäst fått en överföringstjänst och kan ha betalat 2% kreditkortsskillnad. Vi måste samla in överföringsavgiften kontant. Eftersom vi betalar kontant till överföringsföretaget. Du kanske inte gillar hotellet, det här är normalt.
