« Overall the property is almost as described, however the accommodation is more of a private room only facility and not designed for guests seeking accommodation with communal areas. The only space for the latter being a small kitchen with a sofa. There are no dining spaces.The hosts have put a lot of thought into the design of the accommodation which is fantastic, The rooms are modern with en-suites, coolers and AC. A little more consideration is required to delivering the right client...

« A fantastic villa for an extended family or a large group of friends.Kitchen has everything and more to cook a multiple course meal.Lovely bbq area with all the utensils, table, chairs, night lights.Pool feels very private, screened with high walls and greenery. « The house is very roomy and comfortable. The owner is nice and responsive and helped us in any way he could. The view is amazing. We had access to the pool and hot tub and we were steps from the beach. The only issue we had was that the house was far from Istanbul attractions which made it difficult to go sightseeing and Istanbul traffic made the drives even longer. Overall, we had a great time and highly recommend this house for family trips or large groups. »

« Overall satisfied with our stay.Loaction,communication were very good.Property though old is in historic district,has an awesome terrace.Professional fixing of a malfunction eg faucet is not available right away as they are scheduled and available after days. »
