„No nos dejaron ingresar hasta despues de las 3 pm, ni siquiera a la alberca, cuando llegamos a las 2:30 se fue la luz y no me dieron mi habitación por ese motivo solo un "hasta que llegue te entrego" estuvimos 7 hrs sin luz y sin agua en todo el Hotel y por lo tanto sin que me entregaran habitación.
