3-Story House with Panoramic Sea-View Terrace

Welcome to my recently renovated, 3-story house in the heart of Kemeraltı. This is a fully standalone home, meaning you will have the entire building, the private terrace, and a dedicated parking space completely to yourself. It blends authentic character with all-new furniture and modern conveniences, making it the perfect base for families, couples, or remote workers.

The house is designed over three floors, offering privacy and space for everyone:

First & Middle Floors: Here you will find two separate, quiet bedrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed and fresh linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. A full bathroom is located on the first floor.

Top Floor (The Heart of the House): I placed the fully equipped kitchen on this top floor, right next to the private rooftop terrace. This layout allows you to cook your meals and step directly outside to enjoy them while looking at the stunning panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and the historic rooftops of the old town. A second bathroom is also located on this floor.

Public Transit: A flat, short walk brings you to the Metro, Tram, and bus stations, connecting you effortlessly to the rest of Izmir.
