„This hotel does't worth being called a hotel but a piece garbage.
To begin talking about the room, the room does't have shawer faucet. A plastic bucket is placed in the bathtub instead. The AC does't blow cold air, the bed mattress is very old and uncomfortable, no elevator but diagonal stairs case that could drop someone on the floor if you don't hold on the rail and watch your steps carefully. Electricity goes off every few minutes and took them unacceptable time to turn on the generator. No ...

„I stayed at the Nera Hotel for two nights with my Partner. Having booked online and paid there was a confusion on check in concerning whether i had paid. The room was shabby with one of the shower doors missing, A towel rail was leaning against the wall, not attached. The ac was not working properly and we asked for it to be fixed to no avail. There was a question about our breakfast with only one available despite the online details of two with the booking. Also we went swimming and the ...

„My room was above the pool and I saw water damage in the walls… My initial impression of the room was fair. However, upon inspection, my towels were not clean as I found small hairs trapped in them. I looked closer and it seemed like they were stains all over the carpet, like it had been spot clean for years and never professionally steam cleaned. The headboard had oil spots on it as if it had never been steam cleaned as well. In the bathroom, the plumbing and repairs have been handyman work. ...

„Their WiFi has been down for over a week but they don’t tell you that when you book. They give you one towel for two people staying in the room. No water in the room, apparently they expect you to drink from the faucet and get sick. Daily continental breakfast is for one when a couple are sharing the room. There are holes in the wall and the entry door looks like someone tried to break in. The manager refuses to deal with anything directly and pushes everything onto the employees who have ...

„It is rather amazing that a hotel like Dreamland suites will advertise that it serves free breakfast, only to charge us differently for our breakfast. I am really disappointed. They initially denied even giving us the room claiming not to know Hotel.com. Iam not impressed at all.“
