    Only two blocks from the beach! This unit offers two separate and private queen suites with private tiled full baths with a completely stocked kitchen. This perfectly peaceful space is a desirable ground, corner unit in the serene Amelia Landings community, tucked away perfectly in the heart of Amelia Island. Open floor plan offers split bedrooms, newer wood look flooring, updated bathrooms, sizable kitchen, and a massive screened porch for you to enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the private woods. Private entry to screen porch from the master suite is an added bonus!

    The sought after Amelia Landings community offers a private pool and tennis courts. Location on the island is prime, cross the street to access the greenway for cycling, walking and bird watching. This upscale villa offers everything you could want for a perfect beach vacation!

    Amelia Island is rated one of the top 5 islands in the US. It is a magical place, with history, charming architecture and that small town beach feel of yesterday. Huge natural sand dunes, green water and white powdery shores beckon you. You will not run out of fun and interesting things to do here and it is family friendly, low stress and has a laid-back beach vibe.

    My home is truly a peaceful experience. You can eat-in, or enjoy the many fine restaurants nearby. Listen to the sound of the ocean late at night, as it crashes against the shore. Life doesn't get any better than this, my friend! Put your feet up, and enjoy your stay. Come down and enjoy my beach home when I cannot – everything is already here waiting for you!

    This is my home away from home, I am not a professional host. I personally stay in this unit several times a year as I love the area and have been going to Fernandina Beach for years. I want everyone to enjoy their time here as much as I do, please try to care for it as if it was your own.

We've vacationed at that location several times and never been disappointed. Thomas is a great host and location is perfect. Also condo itself, grounds and pool are immaculate. Looking forward to going back.

The space was wonderful. It had such an elegant charm. As a bonus, the host had supplies to make the stay super easy to enjoy without a single thought; beach items galore, fully stocked kitchen with every essential needed. The walk to the beach and the surrounding activities was the absolute best. Will be booking again with this location and host!

It is in a secluded and tree covered niche off a road that takes you easily to the beach unless you walk but with beach chairs, etc...those short couple blocks for older people may be challenging. Air Conditioner was working well as temps were in low 90s daily. We are bikers and found our daily route easily leaving from our front door.Quiet and a 2/2 condo was perfect for us. It is a peaceful area and more populated for ages 40-65 than the younger set that wants clubs and nightlife.

Condo was very comfortable and quiet. We especially appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, and beach bags. Ice maker worked which is a plus as it is not always a guarantee in rentals. Had a great time at Amelia Island and at this conveient first floor condo.

Nice, quiet, clean place which is what we valve when choosing a get away place. It is tucked away off a main highway, just a quick walk to the beach. Well appointed, we had everything we needed from the kitchen to the bathrooms to the amenities available. And the local attractions are all less than 10 minutes away in any direction. And the beach is literally two block away.

This was our 5th stay at the condo. It is a perfect place. There is everything you need there and it is close to a lot of other things you need, like restaurants and beaches.There is a smart TV in the two bedrooms and the living room. This is a great feature. We had no problems at all in the 2 months we were there, but Thomas checked to see if things were ok. It is a great place to spend your time while enjoying Amelia. Enjoy!

Unit very clean and within 2 minute drive of “on the beach” parking. Owner/Host very easy to communicate with. Complex was quiet and far enough off road and in trees to hear no highway noise. Would definitely stay here again.
