Welcome Home is the best property management company we've ever encountered. Highly responsive, thoughtful and generous with things such as laundry and kitchen supplies, for ex. Even inc. a mid-stay housecleaning and replenished paper goods during our monthlong stay!We were happy we could bring our 100-lb German shepherd with us, and we all enjoyed the yard and the walkable neighborhood. The neighbors are lovely, BTW. Heated pool was fabulous and we appreciated the floats, towels, etc. Plenty of beach things provided, too, and the beach is clean and easy to get to. Location is terrific. It's a short drive to anything you could possibly want/need. Check out Blue Jay for live music, Grouper Shack or Monkey's Uncle for local food/drink or Oaxaca Club for the best (real) margaritas. Our dog liked Everything is Pawsible daycare/boarding, too, if you need that while you're in town. Atlantic Breeze was a great home base for our month escaping NJ winter. The Welcome Home team of Mike, Yvonne and everyone else made our stay comfortable and stress-free.

This is a fabulous house with everything you could possibly need for a grwat vacation. The host was nice and easy to communicate with. The heated pool was a very nice amenity and we really enjoyed out stay!

Our family (all adults over 21) had a great time and fit very comfortably in the house with 8 of us. We grilled by the pool, cooked a nice dinner one night and the house had everything necessary. Easy walk to the beach or there was convenient parking too.

Newly Renovated- Great Pool!

This was one of the best properties we have rented in Jacksonville. It is beautifully renovated, the backyard is comfortable, and the heated pool is outstanding. No extra fee for heating the pool, BONUS!

Great Home and Outdoor Space

We stayed with a family of 7. There was plenty of room and everyone agreed the outdoor space and pool were the best part! The house was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Very close to the beaches and restaurants. We had an amazing time and would definitely book again!

Nice get away

Had a great time. We had 4 adults during the stay. No issues at all and the amenities were very nice. The pool was a little cool at this time of the year, but I could see good use of it later in the year. The house was conveniently located near the beach and other family members in the area. I would stay here again.

Relaxing getaway

The backyard is perfect at this property. The heated pool was so nice especially since the weather wasn’t very warm. Plenty of seating outside. The inside is very clean and organized. Kitchen was fully stocked and cabinets were labeled. Location of the house is very convenient. Lots of places that are walkable including beach access.

Excellent place to stay if you are visiting Mayo Clinic

Property was great. Heated pool was a major plus. The house was well organized and instructions were simple. We had to unexpectedly extend our trip and the host was amazing at helping us with that. It took one email and about 5 minutes and it was done. We will definitely try to stay here again during my future visits to the Mayo Clinic

Quick Flip Misleading Listing

I have 2 major issues with this listing and my experience renting from this company. 1. The home itself is your standard quick flip. Cheap finishes, the primary bedroom and bathroom seems to be in a retrofitted single car garage, and the furniture is as cheap as they could find. The sofa is falling apart, the beds are incredibly uncomfortable, and the neighborhood leaves much to be desired- especially at this price point. 2. The title of the listing mentions a HEATED pool in capital letters. I rented this listing for a work trip in January to be able to access a heated pool while in town. The agreement I signed used the most vague language possible to release them from any liability for the inability to use the pool for ANY reason. Well, I arrived to a chilly JAX and when I messaged them to request that the pool be heated for us to use the next day, I was told we could not use the heated element of the pool. Nowhere in the listing or the agreement does it outline the conditions that would make the heated pool unusable. It's laughable that I was unable to use a heated pool in Florida in January because it was too cold. What's the point in having a heated pool in the first place? If you're looking for a rental for a family or group in the spring or summer and you don't care about uncomfortable beds, this rental technically has everything you need. If you care about your sleep quality or if you're looking to use a heated pool, I recommend steering clear of this listing.

Close to Mayo, very nice

Property was very clean. We enjoyed staying there , easy to get to Mayo. Of course our Mayo appt.happened on the coldest days Florida had in years. The pool area was beautiful. Host was very understanding.

Backyard Oasis

We loved the house and the backyard patio and pool. We spent most of our time out there lounging and watching football games on the outdoor flatscreen TV. The yard is fully fenced in, so it was perfect for our dog. The neighborhood was quiet with exception of the New Year’s Eve fireworks which many of the surrounding area residents were setting off. The house was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The beach and pier is a short walk from the property, and there were plenty of places to walk the dog. We discovered numerous restaurants within walking distance, with our favorite being Salt Life. The owner, Mike, was very responsive and even provided us a new vacuum cleaner upon request! I highly recommend this rental property!

Christmas in Jacksonville

My son had major surgery at Mayo Clinic on December 30 and was told he would be hospitalized for 3-5 days after surgery. We booked this house for our family to be together and close to the hospital. The house was perfect. Close to the hospital, walk to the beach, dog friendly, clean, and well equipped. The back yard with the heated pool and fire pit was wonderful. We would definitely stay there again.
