For starters, we booked a 2 double bed family room (suite) but on reaching the hotel offered only a normal 1 double bed room, which was in the basement. After we pushed back, a dark, damp room with 2 double beds was shown, which was practically unlivable because of the dampness. So we had to settle for the smaller room. This also was poorly maintained overall and in an area of the hotel which was more the wedding event venue rather than being part of hotel.
Hotel meal and snack prices were too inflated for the type of hotel it is. Breakfast buffet was very limited and never started on time. Small additional requests were treated as major favours.
Because of some goof up of Expedia (not fault of the hotel), my with breakfast booking was shown as ROOM only. This took well over 2 hour to resolve on call with Expedia, with me standing the hotel front desk. Hotel literally said we cannot help and please discuss with Expedia.
In a nutshell, not recommending this hotel unless either you get a great deal or there is no other option.
