« We had a large group of friends staying at Iona Park for a reunion and we were all absolutely blown away. From the moment you arrive, the facilities are jaw dropping. Both the inside, especially the pool room and library, and outside (double tennis court!) were stunning. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty big enough to accommodate all of us. The check-in process was very smooth and the hosts were a pleasure to deal with. I can’t recommend this stay highly enough! »

« We loved our family stay . The house is absolutely stunning, everything you could possibly need is supplied and then some. A huge plus for me is the fact that there is ample lounge and dinning seating for all guests, which often isn’t the case for houses that sleep 10-12 people. The view over the ocean is to die for. Would definitely love to stay again »

« We had the most relaxing winter escape at the Berry Mountain Cottage. The cottage is well-positioned in private & peaceful surrounds, high on the mountain with stunning views over the valley & coastline below. The horses & alpacas in nearby paddocks were happy to come over to the fence to say hello (even with our overly friendly & enthusiastic Labrador there). « Timbalah was the perfect place for our family/ friends annual get together for a cold Christmas. The house was easy to find, street well sign posted and had enough parking for our 3 cars. Timbalah was very welcoming and the heating kicked in quickly as the area turned on cold torrential rain and mist for our 48 hour stay! Accessing the house was easy (tip - screen shot the instructions as signal in the area was terrible until we accessed the wifi!!) The dreadful weather didn’t dampen our fun. We...

« We loved staying at Large Coastal Retreat. Communication was fantastic, Lynette was very responsive and she even left little gifts for our children. The pool is large and was clean. The kitchen is well equipped with oil, spices, salt and pepper available. There is a coffee machine with pods. The washer and dryer were very handy. « Great property to share with family or friends. Fabulous view from back deck, undulating green hills, easy access to Kiama Village or hinterland. Well appointed house, modern and very clean. « We had a wonderful weekend, the house is lovely & it was so cosy with the fire burning during the evening. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Plus a lovely gesture of wine & nibbles left by Rosemary was appreciated & enjoyed! The beds are comfy & the home feels welcoming. The gardens are beautiful & there are lots of places to sit & enjoy the sun. Communication with Rosemary was excellent, she was very helpful & answered my emails swiftly.
