« My wife and I traveled nearly 3,000 miles from California to celebrate our anniversary at the Williamsburg Inn because of the exceptional experiences we had here in the past. Sadly, this stay was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. Our room was not ready at check-in, and we waited over an hour.
