„Check-in was unfortunately not very well organised and rather slow. We arrived slightly before the official check-in time and were told the room was already ready, but it was only made available against an additional early check-in fee, which felt somewhat unnecessary given the room was prepared. The room itself was pleasant with a nice view overlooking the town. However, there were some noticeable maintenance issues: the bathroom fan was very noisy and appeared to run permanently, and the ...

„I have booked Next To Apartment Hotel a number of times, and I cannot fault the experience. The warm welcome and professionalism of the reception and security staff absolutely make it worth the stay. They genuinely cannot do enough for guests, and provide a first class service each time. Whitness and Thabang, and Thapelo and Karabo - you guys should all be incredibly proud of yourselves. Thank you for always making us feel so welcome! Until next time!“

„The room was not clean. After telling the front desk thr came to the toilet. But after being in the room saw how the sheets were not clean bins not emptyed dust everywhere. Restaurant service was terrible. The food i ordered was raw. Even after waiting 1 hour for the food. Overall very disappointing. I have stayed at the town lodge many times but this time was terrible “

„Very quiet and friendly staff.“

„Well-located, but definitely a 3-start. Staff unwilling to make accommodations - electrician came late at night and instead of putting us in another room, we had to wait around while he was working in the room. So not really client-focused. Shower in room was walled off with rhino wall, missing a door completely. No basin in area of shower, had to use basin under the staircase where the toilet is. Spacious though. Cant use the TV as it is blocked by the refrigerator.“

„It is an excellent Guesthouse, home away from home feeling. Very friendly and helpfull staff with everything you need and they are very helpful. The breakfast is value for money and definitely 👌!! Will always book in at Pebble Fountain when we need accommodation in Pretoria. “

„Dineo was warm and welcoming. She was friendly and professional, they had only one room available yet I travelled with my teen son. She offered to separate the king bed to make 2 singles which was not perfect. The only thing was the shower curtain is sheer, so if travelling with a friend or older child, it’s not very practical.“

Danke :-)“

„This was the worst place I have ever stayed at, nowhere near what is advertised. Under new ownership who says she is being scammed and does not paid by Expedia, Does not receive bookings, has no airport transfers, no towels or soap, no breakfast, the place is very old, only one broken lamp in the bathroom, other lights do not work. Expedia please investigate this place.“

„Loved the wood finishes, clean, comfy and bedding lovely to dive into (it was winter so could not swim, will have to revisit in summer👏👏).“
