« What an absolutely pleasant surprise to see the lodge after driving down the hill. It’s nestled in the woods and is just darling. Inside is beautiful; welcoming and warm, clean and our host kelly was the best. Loved chatting with a few of the guests in the morning over coffee. Beautifully curated antiques fill the common area. Our room upstairs was just what we needed; nice and cool, super comfortable bed with fabulous sheets that felt luxurious! I can’t wait to go back. »

« We had a family reunion with 9 adults and 6 kids, ages 7 and under. This place was absolutely beautiful. Well stocked cabin with everything you need, except, of course groceries. It is beautifully decorated. The bed swings comfortable and relaxing. We played in the river and to the Shoals. It was so nice and relaxing you didn't need to leave the cabin. »

« The location of this house is awesome! We had a great time playing in the creek, sitting on the back porch, and relaxing in the hot tub. »

« We enjoyed our stay. There were many activities available to keep the entire family entertained. We really appreciated the tubes and kayaks that were provided. Ian and Sara were great hosts. And fortunately we did not kiss the bear Ian. However we probably could have hand fed all of the deer! »

« My family and I spent an uneventful week at this beautiful cabin. Check-in was a breeze, the house was as described, with no detail being ignored. The home has everything you'll need from a toothpick to a washer/dryer (just bring groceries). The home is close to walking trails, waterfalls and neighboring towns such as Helen, Dahlonega, Jasper, etc. We enjoyed our Christmas getaway and the fact that each bedroom had it's, own bath and that there are 2 living areas to stretch. « The property was perfect, my family enjoyed being together. The screened porch was perfect for watching TV outdoors. »

« Wit’s End was the PERFECT setting for our family reunion. With ages ranging from 13 to 92, we had space for everyone. Our family has had reunions every year since the mid 1960’s and this year everyone agreed that they would like to return to Wit’s End next year.The best part for us was the living/dining area off the kitchen, with two long dining tables, where everyone could sit down to meals at the same time. In between meals, there was plenty of conversation and jigsaw puzzling in the living...

« Very Beautiful and ,spacious well laid out plenty of toys for young children and games for older children. Other activities included Swimming, Tennis, Pickle Ball, was able to see plenty wildlife in the area , we were a family of 18 , we never felt cramped. We would definitely stay again. »
