Das Casa Rosa ist eine hochwertige Villa mit 4 Schlafzimmern und einem renovierten beheizten Pool in Cumbre del Sol. Es bietet einen Panoramablick auf das Meer sowie Blick auf den Nationalpark Grandella und die Berge des Montgo.
Die Villa ist offen gestaltet und verfĂŒgt ĂŒber ein gerĂ€umiges Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie eine voll ausgestattete KĂŒche. Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 ensuite plus ein Familienbadezimmer. Es gibt einen gut ausgestatteten Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine, BĂŒgelbrett und BĂŒgeleisen. Die Villa verfĂŒgt ĂŒber einen Parkplatz fĂŒr mindestens zwei Autos. Die Villa ist voll klimatisiert und profitiert auch von zwei Deckenventilatoren.
FĂŒr die Wintervermietung gibt es in der gesamten Villa eine Fußbodenheizung und einen Holzofen.

Schön mit kleinen Makeln

Das Haus ist schön und auch wie im Inserat beschrieben. Man ist dort allerdings ziemlich weg vom Schuss und es ist zum Teil sehr windig dort (Berglage) Leider wurde nach 1 Woche die BettwÀsche nicht gewechselt, was im Sommer eigentlich erforderlich wÀre. Alles in allem kann man aber dort einen extrem erholsamen Urlaub verbringen.

Our second visit to this villa and again was brilliant. The villa is all on one level, great for keeping an eye on children who are in the pool. Great outside seating area, perfect for dining and enjoying a well earned glass of wine. The villa itself also has everything you need to make your stay the best it possible can. Amazing villa

The villa is in immaculate condition and clean throughout. We had a lovely welcome pack left for us. The pool is great and has steps to get in which made it easy for my 75 year old mum. The pool was between 27 and 29 degrees each day. Depending on time of the day. The pool is approx 10 metres long. And deep end is 1.5 m approx. Overall a highly recommended place to stay. A great holiday destination

Fabulous Villa in a stunning location

My family and I have just returned home after spending three weeks in this stunning villa that also comes with amazing views. The interior does not disappoint either and is well catered for all your needs (large walk in showers, air con throughout, great wifi and a kitchen that has everything you need including two fridge freezers which certainly come in handy). The villa is all on one level which is great for keeping an eye on children when they are in and out. Seating area outside was lovely, along with a fabulous pool with lights at night that have changeable colours and the pool table was certainly appreciated. Only one tiny snag, it would have been good that on arrival and before we were able to go to the supermarket if the bathrooms had each been supplied with a toilet roll. Overall, we had a fantastic time in a wow villa and I would definitely recommend a stay here to anyone.

We really enjoyed this villa, the covered terrace kept us cool, the swimming pool was a great size and family enjoyed the pool table. Made good use of the BBQ and plenty of equipment in the kitchen. AC in all the bedrooms worked well. A small problem with the shower was quickly resolved. Would highly recommend

Maison trĂšs propre et trĂšs bien entretenue. De plein pied ce qui est trĂšs agrĂ©able ! Pas de vue sur mer sinon sur le balcon mais pas s’il y a de la brume. InconvĂ©nient de la maison : elle est louable pour 8 personnes. Les couchages sont totalement adaptĂ©s ! Mais pas le mobilier. Il y a une table pour 6 dans la salle Ă  manger et dehors une petite table pour 4 adultes seulement. Nous Ă©tions 7 avec heureusement 3 enfants en bas Ăąge mais ce n’était pas pratique. A 4 ou 6 max la maison est parfaite !

Excellent family villa with magnificent views

This villa is fantastic for a family fortnight holiday. Clean, comfortable, well stocked kitchen incl cocktail shaker, fully air-conditioned incl all 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, laundry with second fridge, enormous pool with plenty of outside seating, Internet, tv, pool table, gas bbq and a roof seating area with views of Ibiza and great for star gazing. Villa is located in a quiet suburban area ideal for relaxing. Supermarkets 5-10min drive. Ray and Karen excellent hosts who respond quickly to any requests. Would highly recommend this villa.

Perfect Holidays

Merveilleux sĂ©jour avec absence totale de mouches ou moustiques. Une vue superbe (mais Ă©loignĂ©e) sur la mer . TrĂšs bel extĂ©rieur, piscine parfaite avec les enfants. Les chambres sont de bonnes dimensions et les couchages sont agrĂ©ables. Il manque un peu de matĂ©riel de cuisine ( poĂȘles) pour encore amĂ©liorer le lieu.

Super villa!

The villa is in a lovely location, quiet and peaceful overlooking the Montgo Mountain. Very slim view of the sea! Villa was clean with a great pool. No linen changed after a week, despite a response to another review saying it would be included. A lack of saucepans and kitchen utensils made cooking quite difficult as saucepan handles got very hot. Minor tweaks would have made the review 5 stars. Air conditioning worked well and we had a great fortnight stay. Thank you

Wonderful villa in superb location.

On arrival the villa was immaculately cleaned. It was in an excellent hillside location but very close to amenities. The pool was a lovely size, many villas we’ve stayed in had much smaller pools. The villa is excellent if you have small children as it is on one level and has everything you would require for your stay. The outside pool table was a big hit with my teens. The beaches are 5 minutes drive away and the beautiful town of Moraira has a wonderful selection of restaurants. The beaches at Calpes are lovely too and about 20 minutes away. We cannot fault this villa and the surrounding area. We had a perfect holiday here and will definitely be booking again.

Very well kept home from home villa!

I stayed in this villa with my parents who are in their 70’s and my two teenage children. The villa is all on one level which is great as no steps to navigate apart from if you want to go up to the roof terrace. This is the cleanest villa I have stayed in with lovely furniture, Freesat TV, the best WIFi I have ever experienced in a holiday villa, amd two fridges amd freezers which is handy to keep all the drinks separate. John the property manager was friendly and attentive although we did not need him for anything apart from sorting out a circuit breaker for the pool lights. It is situated in a very peaceful area, and is on the edge of the Granadella national park. There was some noise some days from trucks round the corner delivering tarmac to smaller trucks on a bit of land for road surfacing further into Cumbre Del Sol but this is a temporary thing amd would not put me off booking again. Thank you for a great holiday in your home!

Muy bien en general pero el menaje de cocina esta muy gastado y es muy insuficiente. También habría que mejorar la ropa de cama y añadir alguna colcha. La casa es muy fresca y esta muy bien situada. Tiene vistas muy bonitas.

What can I say other than perfect, from the villa to location was all brilliant.

Great communication from the owners and John (contact in Spain) were fantastic. John was always at the end of the phone if needed and provided us with great local places to visit and eat. We were a family of four with two young children and I can honestly say it was one of our favourite holidays and we will most certainly return. I have nothing bad to say about this place, it’s a lovely quiet neighbourhood yet in close proximity to some lovely towns and beaches. Being all on one level is perfect and easy for the kids to keep busy without the needed to get on and off the sun bed 😊. All in all it was wonderful and will most certainly return. Thank you for the wonderful holiday.

Beautiful villa

We arrived at the villa which is incredibly well kept in a lovely quiet residential area. The check in process was quick, simple and hassle free. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. All the properties are very well kept. It's obviously an area where people live, not just holiday lets. This gave it a really nice friendly vibe, like a home from home. We took our children ranging in age from 27 all the way down to 8 years old. This is a perfect family location. It's not the sort of place you'd find stag parties or hordes of drunken revellers. We could put the young ones to bed early with no noise in the neighborhood to disturb them. The villa is beautiful. It's clean and modern with quality furniture and comfy beds. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of cupboard space, a dishwasher, two fridges (which is a god send!) Microwave, washing machine, lots of pots, pans cutlery, glasses etc etc. Everything was immaculately clean. The outside area (around the pool) has a large covered naya with comfy chairs, sofas, a large coffee table and dining table with chairs. Again, quality furniture and spotlessly clean. There's a pool table with pool ques (which the kids loved). The pool itself is a really good size with steps to walk in the water. It was obviously very well maintained with no chemical taste in the water. The roof terrace was great for a cup of coffee and toast in the morning looking out over the national park down to the sea view. It's not the biggest sea view in the world, but you can see it. We had a couple of issues (this is probably the real test when renting a place). The sink plug in one of bathrooms wouldn't work. We phoned the number given as a contact and within 30 minutes a very nice guy arrived, apologised for the inconvenience and fixed the plug. We had a problem with the internet not working after a couple of days, We sent an email to the owner and within 24 hours there was an engineer at the door who fixed it within the hour. Wasps around the pool - there must have been a nest in a neighbouring property. They came to the pool to drink water and flew away. We left them alone and they didn't seem at all bothered about us. It didn't cause us any issues even with young children. Happily, there were hardly any mosquitoes. Would I rent this villa again? Yes Is there anything I'd change? No, it was pretty much perfect.

Absolutely amazing home away from home

We were a group of 2 kids under 8, 2 parents and 2 grandparents, We hired the villa for a few key reasons. We wanted a pool large enough for kids and adults to enjoy, we wanted the option for heating the pool. We wanted a covered seating area which was at the same level as the pool incase we needed to keep an eye on the kids. We wanted a villa close the the beaches. We got all of the above in this beautiful villa, however it exceeded our expectations in that the villa had a large kitchen, 2 fridge freezers, a good size lounge and all the beds rooms were also a good size. The area was very quiet and right outside he villa was lots of rugged areas to walk and explore. The villa had a wardrobe full of DVD's and amazing collection of books. An amazing place. Only negatives and these were not that bad; there is a roof terrace with great sunset views but it was disconnected from the seating area, so. It so good for groups with young kids but perfect for older kids and Sun worshippers. The rural location also meant nuseanse wasps but I believe it was the time of year we went and we got some repellant which managed to solve the issue. Overall an amazing experience and highly recommend this venue for your home away from home in the sun! We loved it
