„This home is wonderful, with lots of room to spread out and beautiful outdoor spaces that look out onto a forested valley. Veranda is perfect for spying on birds, monkeys, and iguanas through binoculars. The location worked well. The 10-minute walk to the beach allowed adults to head over individually before the rest drove over with chairs/umbrella/cooler. Easy walk to a few restaurants. The place was safe, clean, and comfortable for our family. The property is surrounded by 9’ stucco walls requiring a separate key to enter-we always felt safe and secure. „Casa pastor liegt in einem Wäldchen hoch oben über dem Strand von Samara und bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Bucht und die Isla Chora. „Beautiful home, beautiful location, great view of the ocean from the upstairs bedroom. Very responsive property manager, answered all my questions in a timely manner. Definitely need a 4x4 vehicle to make it up the hills to the house. Well kept. Modern inside. Dishes and cooking things all stocked. My only comment would be that this house is not a 5 min walk from the beach like it says. Its about a 5 to 7 minute drive down the hills and a little road driving. No complaints otherwise.“

The guest room air conditioner had an error code that required resetting the circuit breaker, the kitchen sink leaked some, and the guest shower overflowed at the beginning of our stay.
