« We had a bit of an issue with our room, which was quickly resolved by the staff by changing our room and giving us an upgrade. Really appreciated that. After that everything was perfect. « I liked everything about this apartment/hotel. Staff is very friendly. Everything is super clean. When you request an Uber, it arrives immediately. Just down the street there is an excellent restaurant. A.C. works well. I would definitely stay here again. I was a solo female and felt very safe. »

I didnât eat at the hotel but they do offer a limited range of food and beverages. Albaik is across the road and a large mall is close by. I would recommend taking a cab to the mall although it is close because the roads are very busy.

« Staff were very helpful and polite. I will name the staff memberd we became familiar with- Yousef, Saeed, Naif, Ahmed, Mohamed, Sharif and Jameel. There was also 1 female and 1 male staff member at the breakfast buffet every morning who made my children feel welcome and comfortable- thank you. The manager Saeed upgraded us to a bigger room as a gesture of goodwill. The hotel is very clean. The children loved staying here.
