« The place is so very clean and very well furnished. The location is perfect. Quick walk to the stores and restaurants. It has everything you need to cook there. The host gets right back to you if there is anything you need or have any questions. So comfortable the furniture and the bed was great for a good night sleep. It’s very quiet. We loved it and will be back again for sure. »

« Very quiet, relaxing and comfortable. Clean, beautifully decorated and beds were comfortable. Has everything you could possibly need. Owner is great and quick to respond to all questions. Welcomed our little dog. As it is a second floor apartment, someone with mobility issues may find the stairs challenging. We had a very nice stay. Would not hesitate to stay here again! »

« It was our first trip to Boothbay and we couldn't have been more pleased!!! The Shipbuilder's retreat was well appointed in every way! Wide open, well cared for, and comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the deck and playing games in the evening.
