Made reservations in the morning for couple with two children.
Arrived in the evening ready to enjoy winding down and sleeping.
Got out key and made the walk to our room. There were no linens. The pillows were on the floor and there was mud ( or something) in the shower.
Room 2 had three towels for our family of four. That’s fine, we walked downstairs to get more on our way to the hot tub. The front- desk reminded us that the pool and hot tub close at 10. We walked out and found that it was closed early. That’s okay, we decided to go inside and play a game. It was broken.
Maybe, we could get a good night sleep. The flashing light in the corner of the room (every 30 seconds like a camera strobe) annoyed us and kept our night from being restful.
A complimentary cup of coffee would be good in the morning, but I looked in the reservoir on the coffee maker and it was dirty.
The place seemed well built, but we saw other dirtiness.
Had hoped for better.
Upon arrival in late evening we went to the room only to find no linens
