Inside, you’ll find a thoughtfully designed layout ideal for families and groups. The huge kitchen features plenty of prep space, making it perfect for cooking together, gathering for morning coffee, or serving up fresh coastal meals. The dining room table comfortably seats up to 12 guests, so everyone can enjoy meals together. In one of the two living rooms, a video game table provides the perfect spot for cards, puzzles, or family game night. The other is a perfect lounge to watch a movie with the family after dinner.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis. The screen-enclosed pool and spa allow you to swim, relax, and unwind in comfort—day or night—without worrying about insects. It’s the ideal place to cool off after the beach or enjoy an evening soak under the stars. You can choose to have the pool heated to 80*F for an additional $175 per day - perfect when the weather is cooler!

Getting around is a breeze with the included 6-seater gas golf cart, perfect for quick trips to Beach Village or cruising to the Historic District. For those who prefer two wheels, the home also provides four adult bikes for exploring the area at your own pace, including one tandem bike for double the cruising fun.

With parking for four vehicles, there’s plenty of space for everyone to arrive comfortably.

All bed and bath linens are provided with this rental, as well as a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher detergent. These items will not be replenished during your stay.

NOTE: Rental guests are not allowed to have pets in the cottage at any time. This doesn’t imply that the rental is a completely pet-free property. If our no pet or no smoking policy is broken, a $1000 fine will be charged to the card on file, and you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund.
