« From all the places I have been to in China, this place just stands out on top. The staff were super helpful, and everyone I talked to there could speak English. Here I want to make a special mention of Sunny and Evan at reception. They went out of their way to help us with rebooking our room, and to know more about the area and activities. « C'est le pure hotel où je sois allé en , Chine. A la réception le personnel ne parle pas français. Aucun service dans cet hôtel. A l'arrivée on vous demande une garantie mais le minibar est vide. Ils n'apportent pas les colis que vous recevez, ils ne vous préviennent même pas. Bref, je n'y retournerai pas Le restaurant est très souvent fermé. I »
