« Hi, room was clean and tidy. The iron stand in bathroom should be stored outside in the clothing zone; with the hanger rail at least matching a 6-feet hight coat. The widened zone totally asked for walk-in curtained zone with clothing closet area and ironing zone as changing clothing and getting ready zone with a vanity mirror. However, the cost might curtailed some of these much wanted zones for room renters for conference attendance or wedding reception attendance. Beautify-hopeful wanting...

« Got a 2 bedroom 2 bath suite with kitchen. Checked in at 3:20 pm and was told the room wasn’t ready. Came back at 7 and found someone’s shorts by the couch and a stain on the pillow. The room was super nice and I loved it and the guy at the front desk was amazing but don’t stay next to the pool if you go to bed early. It was really noisy and I had a toddler with me. »

I tried for over an hour through various chat bots. Never found a human. Was unable to cancel and get a refund. Was unable to make a complaint, even. NEVER USING EXPEDIA OR IHG AGAIN, UNTIL THEY HIRE HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. »
