« The house had a deck with the woods behind. Deer came out in the morning. Great fire pit and hammock in the back also. Pictures are accurate. Great proximity to Newport. Nice quiet spot for a relaxing evening after going to Newport. Jamestown has great restaurants and is a very nice old town. I would say be aware that there is a spiral staircase that some people might have a problem navigating. We did not. Property owner was very responsive and nice. We would come back. »

« This home was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our stay! Everything was easy and check in/out process were smooth. Perfect location - easy access to everything we wanted to see without being right in all of the city traffic. The host was super communicative and easy to reach. « We stayed at Coastal Cottage in Portsmouth, Rhode Island for a week with my wife, son, daughter-in-law, and grandson, and it was absolutely wonderful. The waterfront view was stunning, and the house had all the amenities we needed, plus a great deck for enjoying sunsets. We even made use of the canoes! Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we created some really great family memories. I’d highly recommend it. Owner is a good host and maintained open communication throughout. »

« My stay at this rental was deeply unsettling and unsafe. The apartment itself has a creepy, neglected vibe, and it only got worst. A serious safety issue occured when a teenager in our group fell through a rotted, unstable deck/ a terrifying and completely preventable accident. Even more concerning, the entrance code to our apartment was the same code used for all other units in the building. This made me feel extremely unsafe as anyone from another unit could have accessed ours at any time....
