"The place is magnificent! The quality of the food is variable, some days it's good, some days it's average! Beware: breakfast service is very slow! Like the food, the service is variable! Some staff are friendly, others much less so! Reception is almost never occupied, and the staff are not helpful or customer-oriented! For an all-inclusive, some days there was water, some days not! This exasperated me, I went to the mall to buy water packs (which were also in action), I offered them so they could distribute some to the guests! The wifi is very bad and regularly out of order! The fitness room is very small, poorly maintained and not very clean! No one on arrival to welcome and on departure, someone was but didn't ask me how my stay went and didn't thank me! Really inadequate! Cassey was a good collaborator! Too bad, there's everything to do well, but there really is room for improvement! "

"Die Lage ist traumhaft.Der Strand ist top. Er bietet für jeden das Richtige.Man kann ganz alleine am Meer träumen oder alle Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten in Anspruch nehmen. Das Personal ist sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen mit dem Morgen-, Mittag- und Abendbuffet hat uns voll begeistert. Die Zimmer braucht man ja nur zum Duschen und Schlafen.Daher erwarteten wir von einem 3* Hotel keine Super-Suite. Einfach daran denken, dass es einmal in der Woche gereinigt wird, ausser man bucht gegen Aufpreis mehr."
